There was nothing on the site that said it was a smoke free building. Some rooms said non-smoking double room etc. I figured that meant that the rooms that didn’t say non-smoking were smoking rooms.

My key card deactivated it’s self 4 times during our visit. Wish it had a pool for the kids. Musty smell.

Extremely rude, unprofessional front desk woman named Sherry. Clearly she doesn’t understand that the customers pay her salary, ignorant in every aspect of the word. Very unkind and uncaring.

Sherry was rude, uncaring and completely disrespectful. I would NEVER stay there again. Other staff members were nice, it’s such a shame how 1 person can completely ruin an experience.

It was extremely dirty and gross. The trash outside in parking lot was overflowing throughout our entire stay. The hallways and elevator hadn’t been cleaned or vacuumed not 1 time during our stay (I even took pictures). The trash in our room had not been taken out until I went down to the front office to request the room to be cleaned. During that time the worker said that unless you stay there for a week, you do not get housekeeping, and even then they only come in one time! It was gross! We saw bugs crawling in fitness center and 1 in our room. I’ve stayed at many hotels and this was by far the dirtiest one I have ever seen. I will never go back there or recommend this hotel to anyone.

We stains on the bathroom floor. Not mopped. Bedside table was partially melted about 2 in X 2 in, where someone had left a lit cigarette. Room was generally not clean. Tiny TV about 1/2 the size given its distance from the bed. Cable service was awful. No TV menu.

Not a bad thing but recommend a coffee machine in the lobby for us early rise people. Nothing bad to say.

Staff was awesome, great location to everything needed.Quiet and very comfortable stay. Next time I'm in the area this will be my go to hotel.

Nothing really.

Super clean, laundry on site, coffee all day, a grill and area for a bonfire.. the rooms include a stove top, microwave, dish washer and some basic utensils and pots/pans. There’s a gym too. conveniently located 3 minutes from Walmart, across the street from a convenience store and Aldis. Next to a Dunkin’ Donuts.

We did not have anyone clean our room. One day an employee offered to change our bed. Otherwise we went to the reception desk and asked for towels, coffee, etc. The bathroom fan did not work and the faucet was difficult to operate.

There wasn't any breakfast including a donut or bagel.

However ,booking.com experience was horrible. The worst experience that I have ever had. It almost left me without a room. Again the Staff at the hotel did more for me and my family then booking.com did.

The staff was very helpful especially when the booking.com piece got messed up due to a mistake on your end. The staff went above and beyond to find a solution. They were able to get us a room and make the weekend amazing.

Not much to not like. Had some kids running through the halls rather late but I have 5 children myself it did not bother me much felt like a taste of Home.

Very clean and maintained. From the outside to lobby to elevator and room was all clean. Staff was VERY nice at the front desk even the ladies dorm room service who checked an hour before checkout to see if I was staying or checking out. Very nice People. Room was fully equipped had zero issues with anything.

The Hotel claimed they had not received my reservation despite my receiving several confirmations. They did not have a room for me and left me stranded at 8:00 p.m. Saturday night. I was forced to another hotel where the rate was $200 higher.

The fact that I paid for a hotel room through Booking.com but did not have a hotel room to stay in due to issues, which were not mine to resolve, between Booking.com and this property.

This location and Booking.com need to figure out their own problems before taking my money and not delivering the stay I booked.
