    No coffee available in lobby and only decaf on room. Didn’t get a breakfast. Some essential items to use kitchen facilities were not there such as any cooking equipment only one fork, etc the room had an odd smell.

    When I arrived for check in at 2:50 pm, I was told they did not have a room for me (even with a reservation). Apparently none of the house keeping were working and did not clean any of the rooms. So after over an hour and a half of waiting to check in I was finally given a room.

    One of the better rooms in the area for the price. Even though the property had difficulties getting me a clean room, they were very nice and helpful.

    I really wish they had breakfast included to top of the good experiences there. Other then that just the creepy hole in the floor in the kitchen. Not sure what that was about , you can most def see thru it. Not sure if it went into the other room or not but yeah.

    Room beautiful, clean, has everything I needed which not many hotel room do or if do the pricing is off the scales.

    Had issue with refrigerator not working . Maintenance gave us one that worked after a few days .

    Worst experience ever at a hotel; given double room instead of triple that was booked.

    We paid for a 3-person room, but WERE GIVEN A ROOM FOR ONLY 2 OCCUPANTS. When we saw that the room did not have a sofa bed as booked and paid, the staff told us that the fault was Booking.com's, and they offered us a blanket for one of us to sleep in a chair!! Hotel reception explained that their triple rooms were fully booked, even though our reservation clearly reflected a booking for three occupants. Absolutely unacceptable. The hotel refused to cancel our booking and give us a refund, they refused to give us a discount, and they refused to reimburse us the difference between the triple room we paid for and a double room. The bed was not even a large bed; it was only a double bed. We had just arrived from Europe after traveling over 24 hours, and one of us was forced to find alternate accommodations at 10 p.m. with no assistance whatsoever from hotel staff. Hotel staff repeatedly blamed Booking.com and told us that any refunds, reimbursements, complaints, or changes of hotel must be done through Booking.com, but we did not even have internet access or a U.S. telephone to be able to do so. This is the absolute worst experience we have ever had at a hotel and on Booking.com. We would suggest that Booking.com resolve the issue with the property, as our reservation amounted to false advertising. Simply put, we did not get what we paid for. We would kindly request a reimbursement for the entirety of this reservation.

    It was disgusting. Little black curly hairs everywhere, the floor and all surfaces were sticky, one of the doors was completely off the hinges and would not close at all. the bathroom door did not close, the handle for the water in the shower was falling completely off, under the sink was disgusting, and there were 10 ants found in our bed.

    We stayed in a handicapped accessible room. Very spacious and clean. The bed was so comfortable, staff were friendly, workout facility was amazing. The only downfall was the shower leaked a lot on the floor since it was an open floor plan but with plenty of towels it was fine. Definitely would stay again.
