One staff member at front desk was a little rude because I asked if I could check to see if my room was ready for early check in. She told me it would be an extra fee to check in early I agreed then she said gave attitude and told me to come back at check in time at 3:00 🤷‍♀️ we paid pretty much $800 for 2 nights and then when checking in it was additional fee to park on property.

The location was great walking distance to beach, we even took a longer walk down to Bubba gumps:) room was great size and clean:)

We booked the fireplace room and our fireplace would constantly go out. I mean it’d stay on for about 10-20 seconds and then shut off. It was quite frustrating and annoying as we upgraded to the king room with a fireplace. Same as the AC unit in the corner near the tv.

I liked how close everything was for us. It was nice to just walk outside and have everything right there. Front desk guy was very friendly and helpful.

The room was Ok.It was big and clean. It is a nice hotel to spend one or two nights. It has not good amenities but it is Ok for sleep at night. The location is fine, next to tourist zone.

Despite never posting the "do not disturb" sign, our room was not cleaned once during our 3 night stay. The AC unit in the room also did not work well. Other than that, the space itself was nice and the location to Cannery Row and the Aquarium was perfect!

Renovation is a bit outdated and lack of big trolley from the car park to help with multiple luggage which makes it a little bit difficult to drag luggage into the room

The location was great. It's about 15mins walk to the "centre" of the town where most things are going on. Good to know that you can park your car already at the Inn even though you haven't checked in (before 3pm). Just need to let the staff know. This saves you USD20 from parking in the centre of the city. The property is very close to the sea and you can hear the sea lion soaring which was very fun

A little updating might be nice in the bathrooms, but overall, it was a good experience.

The location between Cannery Row and San Carlos Park/beach was amazing for kids! We could catch the trolley to get around Cannery Row, and the young kids loved the beach and grass at the park. The beds and pillows were comfortable, and the refrigerator was much better than typical hotel models. I was afraid it might be noisy or cold because of the design, but there were no problems (we were on the second floor-I don't know about the first floor).

No breakfast (we had been warned because the reservation did not claim they would have breakfast but it is a drawback). Minimal staffing of front desk.

Loved spacious feeling of room with high vaulted ceiling. Clean and extremely comfortable bed. Loved being so close to the marina where dozens of sea lions just hung out (it's not viewable from room but is only one block walk downhill)
