We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

CyprusCleaning was available every 4 days, so not for our stay. We would have liked at least the emptying of the bathroom litter on a daily basis. The breakfast had limited choice for what we paid, but maybe because of covid they has to wrap everything individually.
Great Location, friendly staff. Soft clean bed sheets and pillow. Spacious enough to place our luggage’s in the room, big open closet. Good WiFi, charging slots available. Nice shower gels etc

SingaporeThe service is terrible. I had issues with the ''same day laundry" which was not the same day and the reception insisted that I must have sent it late. Then there was the issue of breakfast. The accommodation was purchased with breakfast included. Instead of providing a voucher, they charged for breakfast items and then deducted the sums upon checkout. However for some reasons, tips were mysteriously added though I did not indicate any. Clearly this was not part of the package and should be paid separately. Needless to say this caused a lot of delay when checking out as there were lots of errors in the bill. I strongly suggest that you cross reference the bill to the amount that was stated when you book. The rooms were also not cleaned. The whole experience would have been great if only the service was better.
The hotel has a nice lobby - it is cozy, esp with the fireplace. The shuttle to Cornell was also great! The room is a good size, with lovely wooden floors.

United States of AmericaFront desk staff could have been friendlier; didn't let us know we needed our room key card to operate elevator (kept pushing button to our floor and nothing happened...). Breakfast not included and on pricier side, but delicious. Listing said microwave in every room but ours didn't have one (which I found out when I went to warm up my coffee). No parking on site; parking garage access 2 blocks away, which was free to us on a weekend, don't know price during week.
Good central location, comfortable bed.

The first time when I stayed with my daughter, it was fantastic. Therefore, I was excited to stay again, this time with my husband, but it was disappointing. Hong KongUnfortunately, we missed our breakfast as it is taking an excessive amount of time. We placed our breakfast order at 8:15 am, and by 8:45 am, it has not arrived yet. We have an important engagement at Cornell at 9 am, which means we must depart from the hotel without having breakfast. As a fellow hotel General Manager, I would like to recommend that you prioritize the breakfast service since it significantly impacts the overall quality of your hotel's offerings.

United States of AmericaUnfortunately, the hot and cold temperature in the shower room was uncontrollable. The water came out as either extremely hot or extremely cold. I called for assistance, but housekeeping did not show up and wound up taking a shower in such an extreme temperature. My sister before me was screaming the whole time while taking a shower. There is also no parking at the hotel vicinity, and we had to park at the nearby public parking lot on our own expense.
The location is great, walking distance to restaurants and trail hikes.

UkraineThe lavatory didn’t work and after our request for staff to unclog it they responded that the information to be passed to the nest shift tomorrow morning (!). Thus it would be better to not use it till tomorrow repair). The TV set doesn’t work. Washer rack has only one position and it is the lower one. Parquet floor covered with sticky stains. After night I contacted general manager of the hotel with the detailed information and receiver only one word “sorry”. I hope serous guys from Hilton will read it attentively or I will contact them directly cause it was the worst Hilton in my life!
Hotel’s location, modern design and materials quality are all of great marks.

This meant prices were jacked everywhere, so I get it, but for as much as it cost, there was no guaranteed parking. This was a huge issue since it was so insanely busy. IsraelAll was wonderful till the day we checked out. But then we had breakfast. My wife joined our son and me at 9:50 with still ten minutes till the end of breakfast hour. Basic things were lacking, like hot milk (for coffee), yogurts and cereals. This surprised us very much. How can it be that a hotel runs out of basic products that you might expect in a breakfast? We were also not satisfied with the answers and efforts of the hotel staff to find a solution.
Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. We liked the modern design.

IsraelAlthough we had book a room for four people, there were only three towels and we had to ask for more. The showers were equipped with dispensers for shampoo and shower gel, which is great, but all the bottles were empty. When we asked to send up some toiletries, they were brought quickly. So we had to ask for service twice, which was a bit annoying.
Good location in the center of town with a reasonably priced city garage a few minutes walk away. We arrived late and all the restaurants in town were either closed or packed so we had dinner at the hotel restaurant, which served delicious pizzas. The room was very spacious and comfortable with a modern design.
