The bed mattress was extremely soft which I am not use to.

An amazing stay. Very clean hotel and the location is what you look for on vacation. If have a car I highly recommend to park your car for 5$ whole day at Portland Parking Division a cross from Becky's Diner

The hotel was beautiful. The staff was lovely and I mean the whole staff. Everyone always had a smile on their face at all times. Everyone was pleasant. The lounge where you can hang out is convenient, with a beautiful ambiance, great food and drinks.

Location was close to everything. Staff was amazing. Roof top bar was an amazing added bonus to an amazing and clean room. The breakfast from the cafe was top notch with perfect Lattes.

Honestly there isn't nothing I could say I didn't like about my stay. My girlfriend and I had an amazing time.

I thought the staff was very friendly and helpful from the valet to the bartenders. Rooftop bar was amazing! Great view. Hotel is very modern and clean. Hotel is in walking distance of several great restaurants and bars. This area of Portland has a great food seen! Will definitely stay here again in the future. I already recommended this place to a close friend who lives in R.I. I told him to take his wife for a weekend.

I wish the rooftop bar was open earlier than 4, but it didn't really matter since we were out most of the day.

Our room was amazing- the beds were comfortable and soft, and the shower heads were awesome. The rooftop bar was beautiful and a nice spot for a martini before our night out. I loved that we could change the room temperature with the remote for our tv!

Really love this hotel. Great location, perfect for an overnight with my husband. We enjoyed coming back after dinner and having some drinks at the bar with live music. Great atmosphere.

Would have appreciated more dog friendly areas to do her business outside. The area around the hotel was minimal and had a lot of trash around it. Across the street. Had a lot of trash as well, but of course it's winter and realize that it may be cleaned up when the weather gets warmer. But that was kind of gross.

Loved the location. Close to the restaurants in the Old Port. Loved the modern facility and the fireplaces were really beautiful and set a great ambiance. Loved the rooftop bar. Loved that the small dog traveling with us was able to go in nearly every space in the hotel. Love the dog amenities and that you donate to a local cause as part of the fee. Appreciated the staff. How nice they were. There was a lot to like!

The space is beautiful. The new hotel is very nicely designed, modern, clean. The Luna at the rooftop felt like I was in Brooklyn- very fun, stylish. Would love to visit in the summer as well.

Not unique to this hotel and plagues all hotels in Portland - price to value does not make sense, especially the extra fee for a dog - ours is not shedding and very careful. There is no need for special cleaning after her ( we for sure created more mess than her...)

Location is great. The Luna bar was a very nice experience. Rooms are comfortable and large enough not to feel claustrophobic. The shower is amazing. Staff was friendly and helpful.
