This property has 290 rooms and many long floors to walk but non has a real sign how to reach the lobby

Breakfast buffet was over priced and most of the cooked food was dry.

Staff was great and accommodating. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. The resort is close to most the things to do, plus plenty of shopping close by.

I didn't like that the water park cost extra money. I believe it should be included in the hotel price. I also think it would have been better if it was an adult only resort. I also would have preferred better views. I usually book my hotel room according to the view. Online, they don't show which rooms have which views which made it very difficult to pick.

I loved the outdoor pool and hot tub area with the bar.

The water park is dated and pricey for what's there. I wish the pool was near the water park so both could be enjoyed at the same time.

The rooms are beautiful and spacious. Everything was clean. There were comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces to relax, read a book, or hang out.

We went to the Landshark bar and grill for dinner. The food was good but the service was awful. The restaurant wasn’t busy at all and it took us over 10 minutes to get our drinks. We got our nachos first and wasn’t handed any silverware or napkins until we were more than half way done. Our food finally came out and I had asked for ranch. I waited 20 minutes until I finally asked one of the younger barbacks if I could get some ranch. He put his hands immediately in the air knowing he forgot… it seemed like the younger boys couldn’t handle the simplest tasks, even on a slow night.

Loved how close the resort was to other restaurants and places to shop. Pool and hot tub were relaxing, great drinks at the outside bar.

Front desk staff unhelpful. I paid for early check-in through Booking. Staff simply said - “we don’t do that” and offered no compensation

Water park is okay, slides are great me, husband and adults boys enjoyed a lot; but nothing else besides the lazy river and the 2 slides. And when our family finally decides to having a dinner at the Restaurant, the host was very rude with us. We're Latinos but USA citizens (doesn't matter) very well educated, when we asked for table for four she gave a dirty look telling us to we had to wait at least 30 minutes, the funny part was the empty tables that they had inside and outside. When my son asked me to wait inside the room that's when things turned differently she was more polite saying maybe will be less than 30 minutes; in fact she called us in 10. But the other ones were very nice and friendly, we gave a good tip for our server.

I didn’t like the fact they have only one restaurant for the resort, the place is too big and too busy for only one restaurant, they need to add more, maybe a steakhouse will be perfect for the place.

I like everything the staffs was a A+ the cleaning was perfect.

Not keeping the floor dry or have a fan going so don’t fall on the wet floors.

I like the toiletries in the bathroom, like that had a heater(warmer) running in the hallway to go to and from the rooms. I also like how Ms. Sophia, was so helpful for my family and friends. I felt as though she went above and beyond. The water was in the room free of charge. They not only had coffee but hot chocolate as well.

The outside doors were unlocked so anyone could access where the guest rooms are. The beds and pillows are not comfortable. The coffee maker didn't brew hot coffee.

It's a beautiful new Hotel. The water park and arcade are a kids, and some adults, paradise . The rooms are nice . I loved the bathroom.

There was no Jimmy Buffet music playing, ever. No music at the pool. We requested robes, water bottles, towels, and toiletries for 3 people in the room via email before we even went, and it was not fulfilled. Staff was not friendly at all.

Not much. Pool was small, no music. No real Margaritaville vibe. Nothing plush.
