We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United StatesOnly dislike (which was okay just wish I would have known ahead of time) is that someone lives connected to the back of the property. We thought we were invading someone’s backyard space.
Very quiet neighborhood! Host were very communicative & kind! Amenities inside the property was great, full kitchen, plenty of towels, extra toothbrushes, comfy beds and couches.

Very safe location. Parking was a breeze as it's on site and clearly marked for the stay. Host has lots of bonus items for guests to use, which was greatly appreciated. Amazing communication when an issue or request arose. AC units in each bedroom for personalized comfort. We loved the layout of the house!

United Statesplace is really clean and 10 minutes away from the port to take Miller ferries to explore the Put-in bay island. Location is Also 25min away from cedar point and most important was that its a safe place to stay, we did not had any issues at all :)

United StatesThe reason for giving the property a low rating was the renters in the other part of the house. I don’t think it was clear to me when booking that the back half of the house would also be rented out. There is a vent that connects right into the living space of both of areas. The renters in the back of the property made the most awful smelling dinner and the ENTIRE house smelled so bad the entire stay. We were literally gagging at the smell! Also at one point during the night my daughter gets woke up with the strongest marijuana smell that must have also filtered right through the vent. (We thought the property was non smoking) It was so noisy the walls are paper thin so you could hear everything that the other renters were doing and saying. They had a baby who cried most of our stay and at one point the couple was arguing at 1 in the morning after the baby fell off the bed. One of the couple decided to leave and peeled out of the driveway. They must have decided to make up and when they came back they decided to watch a movie extremely loud until 3am! You might want to consider using something else to clean/mop the kitchen floor with, when we got there the floor was still “wet” looking and very slick/oily. My 63 year old mother had walked out from the kitchen to out front to take stuff to the car and slipped and fell off the deck. Not sure what is being used but it is very oily. This property would have gotten a pretty good rating from us had we not had to deal with the people in the back of the house.
The property itself was a nice rental. Nicely furnished, good amount of space. The location was perfect for what we needed, the neighborhood was pretty safe and quiet. The bathroom is super small, but it wasn’t a deal breaker by any means.
