Cleanness could have been better . Hallways smelled like fish 🤢room was really clean hotel is still being renovated nowhere near done . Hot tubs were cold and pools were dirty

No one ever answered the phone at the front desk so I had to go to them every time I needed something- which was across the street bc of renovations. My patio door broke twice. They don’t offer cleaning or new towels/linens unless you request them- which was fine until the linens were dropped off and I had to put them on the beds myself. The bowling alley isn’t available which wasn’t told to me until check-in.

The pool and kids area are wonderful.

You have to pay for parking. The staff couldn’t book an extra day stay so it cost $100 extra to book. Housekeeping walked in unannounced. Matienece had to be asked three times to identify themselves and got an attitude.had to park my factory height truck across the road because parking deck was so short.

DO NOT GO TO ARCADE KIDS CANNOT REDEEM TICKETS, WE WENT AT 7 PM AND NOBODY NEVER CAME TO REDEEM TICKETS, THEY DO NOT CLEAN ROOMS IN BETWEEN DAYS, ONLY GIVE YOU TOWELS AND IT TAKES 2 HRS, CHECKING IN THE SYSTEM WAS DOWN AND IT TOOK A HOUR, MAKE SURE YOU WASH YOUR DISHES THEY CHARGE 50 DOLLARS IF NOT, AND ITS UNDER CONSTRUCTION ITS A MESS

It was under construction and no one told us about this when I booked over the phone…. Yet they still charged too much . Very uncomfortable bed. Overpriced… way over priced place was practically empty yet they are penny pinching. Nice overnight staff at desk told me i could come down in morning to get a late check out extension for one extra hour ( since we came late..3 am i) she assured me she put a note in… when I came down to front desk to do so the next staff told me that there was no note and he was going to make me pay… I was explaining to him my conversation with the previous staff… he was still not budging and come across like he could care less… then, after some time another co worker of his stepped in to offer me the extra hour late check out at no charge… by then my morning blood pressure was way up.

I book a oceanfront suite but got a Oceanfront view instead. Check in was at 4:00 we arrived around 5:15 and wrong room type plus when we were informed that they did not have any oceanfront suites available we said on the other room, but that room wasn’t clean so we waited another hour before we was able to go to our room. I will not stay here again.

Well it rained all week. So that was a minus Should have had a bigger room. Too crowded for us. Bed was a little hard for me. Our phone didn't work so we had to go ask for clean towels and trash bags.

Management was sorry - she had an nice nasty attitude where she talked professionally nasty, pools water were greasy and very dirty, balcony’s were extremely small for oceanfront, elevators was down and had to walk steps at times , PARKING FROM 3rd party had us paying for parking when we couldn’t even barely find parks and had to park across street at times ! $12 a night is ridiculous! Fee wasn’t worth all the extra nonsense

While checking in, they tell you there is no housekeeping . Some elevators worked on and off throughout the day so we ended up taking the stairs a lot . The buttons stopped working on one so we rode up and down til someone finally hit the button and let us off. We watched from our balcony every night the same two people probably unhomed come to our resort near the pools but stayed on the sand and smoke a pipe , get high then passed out . Early mornings they got up and left but returned every night . I told my fiancé that they were comfortable doing this every single night because they know this resort does not care.

Judgment- free zone. If you would want to come out looking wild and crazy, no one would bat an eye . Literally a “no one cares” free zone . Everyone drinking and everyone smoking weed. My son participated in a game near the pool where they were offering arcade gift cards, they played musical chairs to Get it Sexxy by Sexy Redd . Unedited version just blaring loud on the speakers Here are some of the lyrics “Boy, you know this ass super fat (I ain't lyin', though) Fuck me good, I'm throwin' that shit back (I'm his favorite ho) He wanna kiss me all over my tats (uh, uh, uh, uh, I'ma let him, though) I'm so fuckin' sexy they attack (all these ninjas on go)” Myself and the other moms were shook .
