It was a lot of construction being done, which was not bad but OK also I had an incident where somebody was shooting fireworks and almost hit me and my girls the person was in the lower garage and the shoot it from the side just as you walk past it barely just missed us

Property was dirty they were under construction so the outside was understandable but for the rooms no excuse especially for all the staff we seen going in and out each room no towels at pool Elevators don’t work so we had to take the stairs most of the time (stayed on the 5th floor) First room was super dirty no exaggeration!! had to ask to switch to a different room second room was a lot better Service was not 24/7 like it said no one was at the desk for half the night and hours at a time during the day We had no towel or tissue in our room called the desk no one came went to get some no one was there Check out time was at 11 but at 10 they came in our room and started throwing things away and asking when were we going to leave they even cut out room keys off early

The TV is very old. I didn't even know they made flat-screen TVs with analog plugs (red, yellow, white). So we couldn't use our firestick. Also the TV sitting in front of the couch and not the bed was strange for us. Biggest issue was that the ceiling was ready to fall in from water leaking from the AC vents. They did come in while we were at the beach and patch it, but it was already bulging and leaking when we got back.

Everything was clean, which was nice. The view is pretty good. Indoor and outdoor pool was nice.

I didn't like the fact my remote wasn't in my room then when matenice brought one at 1 am he had me program it and it still didn't work...so I had to wait til the next day ND have them come see what was wrong with it they Finally fixed it...then my bathroom mirror fell off the wall while my daughter was doing her hair he put it back up and we left and came back it was hanging about to fall again...I took it down and informed them that I was checking out in the am and they could fix it then...And the parking is ridiculous I pay 12 dollars a day and barely could even get a spot had to park where reservation guest park...

How crowded some of the places got after there was an inconvenience. Not only that but we started to notice roaches everywhere after awhile. We even found one on the balcony of our room. And the fact that you have to pay for parking now is a major inconvenience. The other times we went it was included within the room fee. I felt like that should have been mentioned before we got there.

There seemed to be no updates on the rooms in all these years. It’s very sad for the prices they charge

The price for the room was ridiculous and want to stay another night, it was going to be the same price as the night before. Wanted to start using this hotel in the future for our buying trips but having second thoughts.

Our room doors was in the parking garage Very loud Car alarms going off Staff outside the room working The smell of the garbage container that’s was not far away was terrible We were supposed to have a partial view of the water - we had to go out in to the street to see that Room was smaller than shown The tv itself was broke couldn’t watch it at all Had to argue for a credit for that but was finally givin Won’t be back there 😞 The water park was the best thing about the place
