Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. United StatesWhen arriving, the lady at the front wasn't friendly and didn't give much a smile. She didn't give us the wifi password, the code to get into the gate at the pool, or even our paperwork for our stay (I had to ask for that). The room was outdated even though it was renovated. A tile was missing in our shower, stains on our sheets (noticed after we slept the night), and there was spaces between the wall and our door so bugs could easily get in.
The pools were nice. The room was air conditioned well with it being summertime.

United Stateswas very poor atmosphere, a car alarm went off for 7 hours throughout the night and kept me up all night called the front desk about it and they didn’t do anything about it. paid a lot more than i usually pay cause i expected a nicer experience but really was bare minimum all i smelled was weed and usually i don’t care but it was strong and literally smelled it the whole time the pools were extremely packed the whole time it was non residents too like anyone could get access in to it idk wasn’t the worst stay but definitely won’t be staying again.

United StatesThe room was super old and I didn’t have an ocean front view. It was a side view. The bathroom sink was clogged as well. I didn’t know I had to pay a 12$ parking fee. It wasn’t the price but the principal.

United StatesI didn’t like the elevator timing, you had to wait about 15 mins before getting on. We even got stuck in the elevator across the road in the parking area. I called for sheets waited almost a hour then they came into the room with us gone, not even bringing the items we requested. The parking is outrages , pay $10 a night per vehicle and it’s not a lot of parking area.

United StatesThe entrance to the building was not welcoming. Will ask for front ocean view next time. Did not like Green Building. Could only see ocean if I went on little terrace and leaned out. Next time will ask for front ocean view. Wanted to spend time looking out at the ocean since I wouldn't be traveling around.
Room was comfortable but never could figure out how to turn the t.v. on. They need a simpler remote.

United StatesThe carpet had gum or candy ground into the carpet which looked dated. The shower curtain had a strange black stain that looked like mold. Neither TV in the room was working, but I wasn’t there to watch TV anyway. The hot tub was down for maintenance for most of my stay, and when it did open, it was full of toddlers even though no one under 14 is supposed to be in it. I tried to buy milk from the store on property and both jugs of milk they had were over a week past date.
It was right on the beach, the room was a good size, and I like that there was a full kitchen.

I also didn’t like you guys don’t valet parking or nobody was there to help with my bags. I also didn’t like I had to find a cart from the bottom floor and take it up the 7th floor to my room and have a stranger watch my things while I go run and get my car I also didn’t like you guys indoor pool was closed

United StatesWe didn’t like the room door; it had a gap at the bottom. We could actually see under it. (If any bugs wanted in from the outside; they could just walk right under that open space). Our balcony was really close to others. That was ok . It was the cigarette smoke that kept us from enjoying sitting on the balcony to look at the beach. The pool had bird poop in it so we weren’t able to enjoy a swim. We was there for the beach. We worked with what we had; with this property room. With a couple of upgrades on the bathroom door , front door and fumigation, it would have been a little less aggravating..
