Didn’t like that after i unloaded my stuff, i had to wheel it over to the stairs and then carry everything down to another luggage cart

The thing that may bother me was that the heat/air condition is very close to the bed, leaving very little room to get out of bed. I also did not like the fact that the sofa bed's mattress was so thin that it would have been impossible for a guest to sleep on it and that would be horrible if your party is more than 3.

I loved the quietness of the place, It may be a bit hard for some to find. My favorite parts of the room were the balcony and the bathroom, it almost gave you the feeling of being in a cabin with amenities of a luxury hotel room. We had a room with a view, and loved having breakfast on the terrace. We enjoyed cooking a couple of meals on the stove. I loved our checking woman, she was so pleasant and funny, she made our stay much more pleasant and welcoming.

1- Cleanliness was standard for the naked eyes, but terrible with a UV light (I always carry one with me when traveling) The center table was wiggling (not firmly attached to its center foot). 2- No heating system in the studio except in the bathroom. I wonder who sleeps in a studio in winter

Nothing comes to mind. Our stay was short and the hotel service (amenities) was very limited.

I was there just over 6 years ago. Decided to revisit the area. However, I was disappointed in the fact that the well used and worn carpets, furniture were not updated. This tended to be a little depressing.

I enjoyed the self contained full room. Kitchen was a plus

Construction work and loud noises. Carpets in room were really old and looked dirty. AC unit was not functional for a day.

Gave a weird vibe, very outdated besides the rooms. In the hallway of our room there was a leak from the main water line, carpet was soaked and kept getting dripped on when having to walk under.

The room as clean, I felt homey in a good sense. 5 mins from the Kalahari. The fridges had enough room, didn’t feel like a cramped room

The Internet connection was spotty and weak at times in our room. Also when we turned up the heat in the room for a bit it set off the fire alarm.

I liked that there was a kitchenette as well as a Murphy bed in the suite. Also a couch and dining table. The room was very spacious and staff were accommodating if any issues came up.

I just didn't like that the floor and some bed cover were so stained and jet tub was dirty we found clothes in drawer left from previous customer.

Do not come here if you are looking for updated and new. Definitely outdated, way outdated. Needs a major facelift, everything is old. That being said, I would come and again.

Plenty of room. Peace and quiet. Friendly staff. Big place. Nice that pool and hot tub is open till 2 a.m that’s almost unheard of anywhere else. Gems room, pool tables.
