Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The sleeper sofa was in bad condition and the mattress was thin with springs poking my husband and daughter. The AC didn't work and the changed our room the next day and we switched to a room with two double beds which was much better.

It wasn’t very clean, the door to my room was broken and the door to exit the building was also broken.
It was quiet and about 25 minutes from the power plant which was what I needed.

I was charged an extra $20 and asked for a $100 deposit for being early. What is that? This has never happened to me.
It was exceedingly mediocre. I liked that it was clean enough to not attract rodents.

Poor communication, untrained staff , no real contact information
The WiFi is horrible doesn’t really work. My first room ac stopped working and was moved to another that has a wet smell. Only to figure out that the ac was leaking and so was the toilet in the bathroom. I asked to speak with a manger and was told the manger didn’t have a number wasn’t on the property and could only be contacted via email.

The bathrooms need cleaned better. The moldy caulking could be removed and redone, and tubs redone so they are presentable to guest. What ever happened to actual pillows on the beds? The tiny square pillows was a let down.
Rooms are ok for the most part they look great. Location is great. Staff is very friendly.

Don't feel like the rooms are maintained properly and we're not very clean. I was very disappointed in the way the tub in the shower looked, especially since the handy cap handrail was pulled out of the wall and hanging. You could not close the bathroom door and you could see dirt corners and every room

The soap dish wasn't cleaned off at the sink the wash clothes wasn't white clean I couldn't hook up my firestick and they only gave us one rag and it's 2 of us when I asked for a extra rag the guy was like naw but he ended up getting us a rag and that wasn't the cleanest
I liked the late check out I also felt like it was decently cleaned

I didn’t like the cleanliness of the hotel. Didn’t see any cleaning people once during my 3 day stay. Went to use the hair dryer the hotel room comes with and it caught in fire, when my husband and I told the front desk lobby clerk she didn’t really seem to care or offer us one that did work. There was a dead bug in the bathroom upon arrival and the shower didn’t drain well. Toilet was weird about flushing. After the shower I grabbed one of the suppose to be clean towels that were hung up and it still had seemed dirty with make-up from the last person who used it before me, so who knows if they actually washed the sheets and blankets there’s.
I liked the location.

Noise of others staying. was kept awake until 4 am do to party in nearby room. next day couldn’t get rest when needed due to shouting in another room. this hotel seems to get people who come to party or do other things because of the cheap rate. I’ve stayed there a few times and noticed this and likely won’t stay anymore.

Old Filthy furniture Carpet needs replacing ASAP Urine stinch Towel were washed but stained, had to go buy some. Advertised as newly remodeled, new owners. Don't prepay for this location and get stuck. AND..THEY CHARGE /HOLD $100 FOR INCENDTIALS! like what? The sheets I had to ask for the sofa bed to cover it so I didn't have to look at and wonder it's history.

Someone needs to be at the desk and not having wait 50 min to check in. He needs more help one person shouldn’t have to do it all.
The desk clerk was apologetic and will to assist him in all endeavors. Bess him loved his personality .
