When I booked, I was given a total price but when I was charged a resort fee had been added. This should have been included in my original amount, and the extra would have definitely made me think twice about booking here. Also, the coffee maker was just sitting on a minifridge in the living room, not in a cabinet and not much surface to make coffee. Very awkward.

The location was good for trying wineries, the entrance is very easy to miss and is on a very busy road. The restaurant is good, but very understaffed.

The temporary hold of 125$ is very confusing and charging the room for dinner for example creates even more confusion with the transactions. To be improved.

Recommend a bar that services the pool. Could have used more walkways to connect different areas of the property.

Clean with very friendly staff. The Old 290 Brewery and Restaurant - great pizza and service. Additionally the music was a great addition to the atmosphere at dinner.

It’s proximity to the main highway. You could hear the traffic all night. We slept with earplugs but could occasionally still hear the traffic. It is really sad that the location is a problem because the staff and actual accommodations were really nice!

The entire staff was friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay nice.

Beautiful room with a fireplace in the attached sitting room. The grounds are lovely to walk through. However the breakfast was prepackaged style breakfast sandwiches, yogurt and make it yourself waffles, I would’ve expected a better style of breakfast. The service is always polite and accommodating, they were able to get us in for an early check in.

We were the only guests on the entire property overnight! We were told security was available, but it didn’t appear anyone was on the property (the evening clerk left after 7:00 pm). Was a cause of concern.

Didn’t eat breakfast. The location was very close to town! Facilities (room, amenities,etc.) were top notch. Staff were very attentive and professional.

Clean quiet and conveniently located between Austin and Fredericksburg. I loved the entire venue the Pool and hot tub and attention to detail like even seeing the great room windows being cleaned was just a nice touch that they are about keeping up the appearances for the money you are paying to stay so worth it !
