Some of the employees are younger and not so helpful . I also think the pool needs to have a limit. Too many young kids running around without parents in that area .

I really enjoyed we bare bears cafe ! I took my daughter there , and we enjoyed it the most with the relaxing vibe . The worker Tom us absolutely amazing and deserves a raise for his hospitality!

Bathroom was small with low ceiling and the water in the tub took some time to run off.

The room was clean and the kids enjoyed the cartoon drawing on the wall. Lots of activities for the kids.

The food in the dining room was horrible. The pot stickers were burnt. The hamburger was tough. No french fries available. The sodas were very small with a large price. There were no menus available, and the wait staff didn't extend us the courtesy of telling us what was on it. Someone in the kitchen finally found us a menu after we stood and waited about 5 minutes. They didn't even seat us when we arrived. Very unorganized staff in the dining room. The menu is very short, and although okay for kids, it could use a few more items for the parents.

It is ocated right next to Dutch Wonderland. It has two swimming pools and 3 hot tubs! Very kid oriented and friendly. The scavenger hunt was great for my 8 yr old, as was the play room and arcade!

The pool closed early at approximately 3pm our second day and we arent sure why. There was no rain that day. They did not do the movie night.

If the hotel was for teens

It's a cute place, I was under the impression it was geared more towards teens and adults who grew up on cartoon network but it is more geared towards kids 10 and under.

The pool was dirty. Lots of hair in the pool. Pool was way to small both indoor and outdoor. I didn’t like that You had to go outside to get to the lobby. The arcade was small. The price for a night was to high for what is offered.

The complimentary breakfast wasn't advertised so added bonus, huge help w 4 kids. The cafe got my order all wrong, we waited 25 minutes for our food. Great pools, clean rooms, friendly staff!

The outdoor concession stand was not open while we were there and the cartoon kitchen floor was sticky.

Great location that was close to many restaurants and to Dutch Wonderland. The outdoor pool and splash pad were so much fun for the kids. The outdoor big screen for cartoons was a perfect end to the day too.

The shower had black gunk on the bottom and hair left in it from before.

The cleanliness of the bathroom. The shower door (we did not have a tub) fell off the track making it difficult to open. The exhaust fan did not work, it was jam packed with debris. There were fruit flies in and around the sink area.

The theme rooms are the reason that the family wanted to give the Cartoon Network Hotel a try. It was very family/children oriented.

The restaurant was not open and we were not aware of that in advance. The VR was not working and we paid for that. There needed to be more variety at the gift shop as it was when I experienced it before. The shower had mold in it. The toilet stopped working.

I like the staff who were very friendly and accommodating. The outside movie was nice as well as the pool and splash pad. The life guards at the pool were also amazing.

Food, each room needs a microwave especially if snack bar is not open at pool and restaurant is closed character's are promised once an hour saw 3 in 5 days

Rooms amenities need to be upgraded.... doors falling off the hinges (shower door kept falling off track)...fridge door wouldn't shut properly and the cabinet door was half broken off. Just a little bit of maintenance could go a long way
