We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

BulgariaMy room was on the first floor and as the building is old there was some problem with the humidity. There was some smell of mold that I noticed. However, kudos to the hosts as they tried fixing it using a moisture absober, which was working non-stop.
Overall, I liked my stay in Casa Coral. The host was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I was even allowed to check-in earlier, after making a request a couple of days prior. The location is good, the area seemed safe and also it’s close to the airport, which can be reached for ~25 minutes by bus. The studio was very well cleaned and was equipped with everything that you would need. I really appreciated the fact that the hosts provided packs for the kitchen (sponge, dish soap, etc) but also one for the laundry so you could was your clothes easily. Very well thought!

United States of AmericaAdjusting the shower was a nightmare. We could not really work it out until we left and mostly used the hand/side head. Either too hot or cold. No kettle..for us tea drinkers was a no no. Main door and gate to the property was always left open; apart from making the property looks shabby, it was not secured. We were given a door code which I believe we only had to use once as it was always open.
Comfortable space. Not too far from the center of Coral Gables. Easy transportation including free trolley.

United KingdomAs is often the case with older buildings, noise insulation is limited so partying neighbours woke us up a few times, but the noise level was tolerable once we'd invested in some earplugs.
While visiting from the UK to see friends, we stayed for about 10 days in this comfortable ground-floor apartment, part of an attractive historic building. We found this location ideal for getting around without a car - it's near a stop for the trolley (free local bus service) which takes you to, for example, Coral Gable's Miracle Mile (also walkable and with excellent cafes etc) and to other public transport links. We liked having some cooking facilities to prepare breakfast and snacks; there was a Publix supermarket a short distance away for groceries. We also appreciated the availability of laundry facilities. Management provided helpful information at the beginning and end of the stay.

United KingdomWe arrived there were no towels at all. After some dialogue via IM one of the owners brought 3 bath towels. There was no shower gel, almost no shampoo, only one half used toilet roll and no useable soap. A cushion was dirtied with breakfast cereal. The hosts/owners were overbearing with several messages about additional fees for damages, cleaning and late checkout. The service detracts significantly from what is an excellent property.
The property was excellent in an excellent location. It is historic and has been renovated well by its owners. Well done to them.

United States of AmericaThe environment is quite dark at night and the only lamp on the bed does not allow you to read a book. As I really like reading at night, this was something I missed. The WIFI is quite weak, it was fluctuating all the time. There was no closet or dresser to put clothes. I also missed having a desk to work with the computer, the table they have, because of the type of legs, is inconvenient. I found the kitchen stuff in the cupboard under the sink to be unhygienic. The shower was a problem, the water was either too hot or too cold. The pillows are hard and the mattress sags. I also felt that the house rules were quite inhibiting.
The location is very good, and the neighborhood is quiet and safe, very close Miracle Mile, the best place in Coral Gables. The owner was always very kind and courteous and answered all my questions quickly. And he also allowed me left two hours after checkout.

Ecuadorthe room was to close to the street so even is a quiet place, still some noises , the shower is very difficult because, there is something wrong with the temperature , there’s no warm water is either super hot or cold. there is no section to have your close, no even an small closet. when you walk-in to the house it doesn’t small good they doble booked the room and they trained to open our door at 3:00 am, we got scare.
