When I arrived the property was scary from the outside. Very run down. No lighting in the hallways. The office was locked, with no lights even after I was inside alone with a male employee. The room was renovated, but huge locks on the inside. (Why, is there crime. The pool was very clean.

The room though clean had a few issues. There was an un-finished patch in the wall afew electrical outlets did not have covers and the one in the kitchen did not work at all.

Very nice area, the canal on the property was very cool. I didn't use the pool but that seemed very nice as well.

pictures are no where close to what actual property looks like. holes in the drywall, broken ceramic floor tiles n some missing, very run down and bed very plaid when ever you move

There was no elevator to 2nd floor and my suitcase was very heavy and difficult to lug up an entire flight of stairs after traveling all day and just wanting to rest. The motel is in pretty rundown shape and overpriced for its condition. The walls, the floors, the toilet all could use an upgrade. But it seemed clean enough.

i liked the king size bed. It was comfortable. I liked the private little patio where I could smoke my cigarettes.

I knew this was a two star hotel so I wasn't expecting it to be the Ritz! First, we weren't sure where the office was when we first pulled in. I would recommend a clear office sign when pulling in. The bed was too soft and our feet were black after walking on the floor. The towels were very rough, like sandpaper. I expected with a kitchenette it would have cups, pans, dishes, etc. It had one plate and I think maybe a very old used pan.

The location was good and the water view was great. The pool and deck were very nice.

outside door had a poor lock and mold. ceiling had mold n not finished. room looked like old storage closet. beds n pillows needed to be replaced. not very helpful with request for early check in due to a funeral.

Our room was on street side which was noisy. Air conditioner unit was noisy also.

Beautiful view of the canal from the pool. Our room is was not on canal side. It did have a kitchenette even though very dated. Check in person was friendly.

Look .... I'm just gonna be honest here. You get what you pay for. These rooms are half the price of most of the other hotels in Cape Coral. We read the reviews and knew this going in. With that being said ... the staff was very nice . We were even allowed to ck in an hr early . Our room was spacious and clean . Bed was pretty comfortable. It was nice having a small balcony to sit out on since we only had 1 chair in our room to sit on. There is a small kitchen with a stove in each room but pretty much useless because there isn't a single utensil in it. Just a microwave and small fridge . We went in February. Pool was ice cold and useless . I was somewhat disappointed because I thought it would be heated. Location is great. Several restaurants within a few feet of hotel . If you're looking for a high end hotel then go pay for one. For the price the accommodations were good

no heated pool, just a beautiful freezing cold pool. Figured with fridge, microwave and stove top, it would have supplied utensils, pans etc. Bought my own ice tray for freezer and rubber bath mat none in tub.
