It's advertised that they have washer and dryer facilities on site, so we packed accordingly since this stop was going to be the middle of our trip, and we expected to do laundry there. Unfortunately, their washer and dryer were not working and seemed to have been out of commission for quite some time. The desk worker was kind enough to suggest we wash out some clothes in our room and then bring them to the office to dry them for us. We did that and really appreciated it. However, it would have helped to know about this in advance and/or adjust the description on the bookings website. Fortunately, our final destination had a wonderful washer and dryer in our unit, so we were able to get more clothes ready for hiking, but we would have been in a tough situation had that not been the case.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was good, and the grounds were well-maintained.

This is an older property in an older town so it is missing 21st century updates but otherwise cozy. AC fan is a little loud but manageable.

Rooms were clean and picked up. Property was well maintained and had a great area in the back by the river to sit. Good basic breakfast with coffee. Staff was very friendly. Property good with dogs but you couldn't tell a bunch of dogs were there which is a good sign it is well maintained.

The room door was situated to the center of the property, while the parking was on the opposite side, forcing us to carry our belongings much farther than we would have liked to.

Enjoyed the family friendly atmosphere. Rooms felt a little dark and dreary. It was clean. Pet friendly. However, No amenities for pets despite the hefty fee.

Wonderful friendly staff! Good breakfast. The pool and spa was great after a long day of hiking in Cascades NP. There was a grill here and grass lounging area that we did not get to use, but saw many families enjoying it!

The hotel is in a great location just across the Methow River from downtown Winthrop. Several good dining options are nearby. Front desk staff members were welcoming, helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a delightful surprise: the food was far above average for this class of hotel, the dining area was kept in order, and our meal got our day started on a high note. We stayed here at the end of a long day touring North Cascades National Park. A restful night here energized us for another fantastic day in the National Park.

The screen door needs to be fixed. The slider screen door would not open and the screening itself was damaged. We would have preferred to have natural ventilation but because we weren't sure of the mosquito situation we used the AC.

The Inn is a classic rural country motel. The facilities are good. Our room was clean. The breakfast was decent. The scrambled eggs our second morning there were good. The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool. We had it all to ourselves in the early afternoon.

The breakfast was excellent by hotel breakfast standards. The variety and quality of the food were quite good. The hotel overall was adequate; the room was small, but comfortable. The beds were decent. It was acceptably clean. It didn't stand out, but it met our needs.

Sauna was broken.

Great stay! We were worried about arriving near midnight, but they had an envelope with our key cards waiting at the front and a phone number in case of emergencies or other issues. Hot tub was great, and they have a great space setup along the river to read, relax, BBQ, or play volleyball. Breakfast was hotel chain standard. Some other reviewers complained about the quality/datedness of the rooms and beds, but we didn't find them to be particularly above or below average. Overall a really lovely stay in a great little town!

Our usual expectation is that daily the bed would be made, the rugs vaccumed and the room straightedned up. This is apparently not their policy. They only clean the bathroom daily. We stayed six days. We had to ask for the main room to be cleaned.
