Property is located a short distance from main road so it is quiet. The home is spacious and has very comfortable beds. One can cook a good meal in the kitchen. The verandah has very beautiful views of the mountains especially in the morning. One can really enjoy the fresh mountain air. Recommended place to stay.

The air flow through the floor could not be completely turned off during the night so could occasionally be heard when it suddenly ramped up.

What a lovely house in a great location and the deck is such a nice place to eat out on in the evenings. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would definitely recommend to other families.

The house is very beautiful and equipped even further you might imagine. But the best part is the view of mountains with the background sound of the flowing river that you can enjoy from the terrific deck. Plus, Jesica is nice and really communicating and the place is very close to Sequoia gate. Highly recommend!

Sliding door out to deck from living room was difficult to open and shut.

The location was perfect. The house was well stocked with essentials - coffee, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Bed was comfortable. Scenery was beautiful. Deck was big and equipped with outside heater and tabletop fire.

It's not so much a bad thing, but a heads up that a 4wd vehicle might be required if there has been enough rain but most likely any vehicle can make it up the road to the house.

The entire location was convenient to the Sequoia National Park entrance. It was a beautiful and comfortable stay.

The driveway is steep and the terrain is more challenging, it was not easy to get here on a rainy night, there is no charger for electric cars in the vicinity.

The house was very spacious, in a quiet location, in the morning we saw deer on the property. The equipment was fine and clean.

Nothing about the property or host, but I do want to make a note that the it's an off road unpaved surface heading up to the property. About half way up, it gets pretty steep and turns left, and this is where you need to be careful. I'm sure it was from earlier rain, but there was a big dip middle of the road, and our tire got stuck. We were lucky to be able to get out of the trouble, but it was a bit scary.

Place is very clean and had modern interior design. The best part for our family was the patio with the outdoor heater, firepit, large BBQ table with umbrella, and BBQ Grill. Unfortunately, BBQ grill wasn't working for us, but we still enjoyed the patio since we had our portable grill. While we stayed, we had rain and sunshine, and nice breeze. No regrets selecting and staying here. Jessica, the host, was very nice and prompt getting back to you with all questions and comments. There is one adjacent property, but it's still very private. I can totally recommend if you're staying for Sequoia visit.

What a wonderful home close to Sequoia! We enjoyed every minute of our stay. The house is spacious; well lit; perfectly neat and clean; and equiped with everything you can possibly need during your stay, and on top of it all a beautiful view with a gas barbeque. The pillows.

The place is very cozy, we loved it! It is in a very quiet place with a great deck to enjoy the nature, make a barbecue and stay together. Our kids loved the board games they found there. My husband loved the guitar. Coffee corner was lovely organized with different kinds of coffee, teas, milk chocolate. Different coffee machines were also available. Location is very close to the Sequoia National Park entrance and there are many options of restaurants around.

Drive is steep but you get used to it. Hey, it's in the Mountains! Not crazy about the memory foam mattress but that's just a personal preference.
