Beds are somewhat uncomfortable, we ended up rotating the mattress which helped a lot.

Well kept and clean and at the perfect location if you are staying within FLBTB. Loved the location and service, Renee is great and provided us with beach chairs a big plus and gave us tips on where the grocery store and the sought out locations where. This is my second time here and definitely would recommend as a great budget stay!

Family oriented property that can be a little bit noisy at times, but they're just having fun.

Great staff, great location Older property but fairly recent redo Great value, but do not expect 5 star level accommodation.

The parking was a little tricky but only because we arrived late at night.

We loved how close this location was to everything you needed! The beach, store , shops! The beach chairs and towels were such a nice touch, the room was clean and even smelled like it had just been freshly cleaned. Everything was bright and beautiful. Would definitely stay again. The front desk lady was super nice and accommodating.

Sometimes there is no parking available so you have to go to the pay lot.

Very clean!! Spacious! Nice pool area. Free beach chairs to borrow. Beach towels available. Very nice staff! Quite! Easy walk to everything!

In the past they would come in and exchange clean towels and take garbage. They didn’t do that this time. Had to go ask for toilet paper and garbage bags. Even took some bags to the garbage myself.

RENE. what can I say . From the start. She helped me decorate room for my newly retired wife. I mailed her the decor she just put it up. Second stay and we will continue to stay here on our staycations.Because of HER.

Renee WAS Awesome there was an issue with the location of our room and she took care of it and saved the day . GIVE THIS WOMAN A RAISE!! The room was very clean and the pool was nice. There was a short walk to the beach.

- the fact that you need to wait till 10am in case you need something from reception

- 5min walk from the beach - the recepcionist and the maid were so kind and helpful

The building is a bit old and the warm water pipes are not well isolated. In the (early) morning you might need to wait quite some time before the water gets warm. There is a (locked) interconnecting door to the neighboring room, which results in significant noise from the other guests being easily audible. There are some points of attention in the bathroom: * The towel rack above the toilet is loose and not firmly attached to the wall. * The window cannot be opened.

The location is excellent near shops, restaurants and easy access to the beach. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The staff was friendly.

Just a five minute walk to the beach. What a bonus having access to beach chairs, and an umbrella. The room was spic and span clean and the kitchen was pretty well stocked.

The property was clean, well maintained. A bit on the older side, but it was still perfect!

The location was TOP. A few days we had bad weather, so the heating swimming pool was great. It was clean with very nice terrace. Kitchen very well equipped. Very kind people there. Late check out was perfect. Very close to the beach. It was not possible to swim in the sea, it was very windy. Close to the publix. We feel very safe there.
