The waves shook the cliff non stop. They crashed so hard that it sounded like thunder all night long every night. The carpet and couch material are very old and dirty, smelled musty, and buckling. THERE WERE NO SPICES, not even salt and pepper. There were no Beach Chairs. Parking is very skinny...don't use a large vehicle.

The cleaners had all surfaces cleaned. The view was terrific. The location is ideal. Lots and lots of turtles in the water and porpoises.

Some updates to the suite millwork, main bathroom shower would be excellent. Missed having a proper towel rail in the bathroom too… the rods on the back of the door didn’t do the job.

Initially, we were checked into 204A and stayed there for 3 nights - this is a very very poorly maintained condo. Even with the location being awesome, cannot underestimate the need for a good place to stay. No AC and all the fixtures are like dated. Furniture was awful as well including the mattress. Cannot underestimate the need to an AC. This place needs an immediate upgrade For the price we were charged, this was a terrible place to stay

The location is phenomenal … amazing ocean front views from the condos. Poipu beach is walking distance. The front desk staff were super nice and helpful. They obliged and changed our condo as soon as they could as we couldn’t continue in the first one we checked into. Maile needs a special mention. She was super helpful. We stayed at 2 condos over a 6 day period. The second one was phenomenal. Clean with great decor and most importantly with AC 😊

Parking can be challenging.

The location was excellent. The view was absolutely wonderful and I loved the large windows to really take it in. It’s so close to the water, you can hear the waves and we saw many whales from our balcony. The place was very clean when we arrived. We would love to stay here again.

Airfryers are nice for heating leftovers when eating out. Being on vacation we ate out a lot. We didn't end up watching any tv or movies anyway, but the living room furniture wasn't very cozy for watching a movie and tv was very small. The shower rooms were very small.

Location was beautiful, oceanfront. Would not have traded that for any luxurious location without a view. We didn't need much from the office but she was very helpful and available.

Only issue we had was that although our unit was renovated with new fans, there seemed to be one loud fan coming from another unit when occupied.

The location is fantastic. Very comfortable updated condo. Staff were above & beyond with our dealings with office!

Spacious and wonderfully located. Just a short walk from a wonderful beach with a natural pool which is great for small children... complete with turtles and seals! We also enjoyed watching the turtles swimming whilst breakfasting on the balcony. Kitchen was very well stocked. Communication by SMS before and during the stay was great. There's a sign to remove shoes which we would always do anyway, but the floor was really filthy when we arrived in the evening. The cleaner came first thing in the morning to clean it. Everything else was very clean and all efforts were made to rectify the problem quickly.

No negatives. Oh... the lanai screen door was a typical slider screen...wouldn't stay on the track!

Excellent location. Just yards from the ocean and short walking distance to the beach. It was great to get up, have breakfast on the lanai and watch the waves and listen to the birds. We had minor problems with the shower head and it was fixed immediately. There were nice extra touches like books, boogie boards, beach chairs and beach towels provided for our use.

This was the best condo/townhome we have ever stayed in. It was in pristine condition, lovely decor, a SUPER comfortable bed and plenty of space. Kitchen was fully stocked. Grounds are beautiful, perfect location - 5 minute walk to Poipu beach/Brennecke. We had a deluxe ocean view - 2 story, and sat out on the upper and lower deck for hours every night, watching the waves. Wonderful!!

Nothing really. I guess parking near room was limited, parking spaces small. Yet, ample parking just a few steps up the small hill at the office.

Ocean view, short walk to Poipu beach, very room and updated review. Had everything needed for a family of four. Still affordable enough for a romantic get away for two.

Beach chairs were both barely serviceable (missing pieces) so we had to sit very carefully. The back bedroom needs blackout blinds or some outside lights need to be redirected or removed - Far too bright in that room, couldn’t escape it!
