The drip coffee wasn’t very nice. The air conditioning unit was very loud.

The location was close to Fisherman’s Wharf and it was easy to use public transport to get around. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable.

No Microwave or electric kettle that can be used for coffee in the morning. I hope they will place a microwave and electric kettle for coffee in the morning

Area is clean, and very comfortable. We have the King Part Sea view. Room is very decent size, and the location is superb! Staff is very friendly, they also change towels and make up beddings when they have a chance, which is great!

We had a very noisy a/c unit in our room which caused us to have very little sleep the first night, but the staff managed to move us the next morning and provided us with ear plugs, which made for a much better stay.

Ideal location for Fisherman’s Wharf and Pier 39. Hotel was fine, nothing fancy, but ok. Popular with flight crews. Good big reception area, and takeaway cafe facilities which was useful. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

I know it's San Francisco but free parking would have been nice. 65$ per night is a little steep.

I think they offer breakfast fir a price.

Our room was overlooking a back alley where we sadly saw quite a few homeless people. There was also a very noisy fan unit in the building opposite which woke us early each day, but we didn't realise it was this until the last day so reported it then.

Really good facilities, city centre pool being a big plus! Kids loved the games room, evening milk and cookies and parents appreciated the free morning coffee and tea. Easy walking to Fisherman's Wharf to wander there or jump on the cable cars. Always felt safe there whereas some areas I know aren't the same in San Francisco.

Air conditioning is way too powerful for rooms that size. Hot water is warm at best.

We always stay here during our visits to San Francisco. Close to everything, lots of great cafes nearby.

lack of information about the fire drill

all was good except that they failed to inform us about an annual fir drill that started at 9:30 am on the first morning of our stay. We had specifically requested a quiet room as we were arriving after midnight and needed to rest for a long drive. We were awakened by the piercing sound of a fire drill in our room at 9:30 am!!! the unacceptable part of this is that we were not informed of this during our booking nor during our late check in. We would have stayed elsewhere because our main goal was to have a peaceful sleep! At least the management agreed to refund of room charges for that night.

No fridge or microwave in room. View was facing ugly wall. You’ll hear some sirens and seagulls during the night or early morning.

The noise level of the A/C unit and from the nearby street (as it is unfortunately typical for the U.S. and specifically for San Francisco, the windows are of very low quality, and the noise level inside is almost the same as outside).

The main issue is noise from surroundings. I had to ask to change rooms first because of a lot of noise from street outside window, then the new room faced an industrial building which also had very loud ventilation. Rooms really need better sound insulating windows. The large security deposit (~$100 a night) they take from your card is annoying. Staff are mostly young and seem overwhelmed, but are friendly.

The location is good. The rooms are very spacious with big, comfortable beds. The hotel is generally well equipped with free coffee in the mornings, coffee and tea facilities available on request. The lounge/games area is good, but gets crowded, and the pool is nice to have but is lukewarm at best. Free bike rental is useful, but could be for a bit longer than 4 hours.

We stayed there 3 nights and I couldn’t sleep because of it was so loud from the street and the room next to us. We don’t want to give so bad review because of the bed was good and the staff did good job but the problem of the noise was really effect! You really have to consider if you want to come to stay here!
