Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The location is very quiet and away from all the hustle bustle of the strip, etc. It is a very lovely motel in amongst the trees. You would never know that you are just a few blocks away from all the lights and excitement that Branson has to offer. Definitely the best of both worlds!!

The location wasn’t good for me especially traveling alone it was a little scary being in a wooded area lol

The pool could have been cleaner, and the hottub jets did not work well, but again, it was good for the price.
It's in a quiet area right off the strip and lots of amenities for the price.

Parking lot could be a bit bigger

Some of the lights worked and some didn't.
I liked being able to check in online and just use the key pad to get on to our room. In the morning we had to leave early and the staff was kind enough to let me in to the lobby to get creamer for my coffee.

Needs work done but looked like they were in the process of making improvements.
The room was good sized, tv, mini fridge, microwave, iron and hair dryer. Also hot breakfast each morning from 7-9am. There was an indoor pool and hot tub and an outdoor pool. Overall it met our needs perfectly! We'll definitely be back.

I liked everything!
The price was AMAZING... so much so, I was expecting a pretty run-down facility. I WAS SO WRONG! It is a beautifully updated hotel with nice and clean rooms (they even offer bath robes, something I have never encountered - even at hotels with 4 times the cost). The indoor/outdoor pools and hot tub were standard, clean, and operational (I have stayed at several others in this area, and the pools were either filthy or not in operation). Wonderful breakfast and AMAZING staff!! Check in was hassle free, and out of the (seriously) hundreds of hotels/condos I have stayed at in my life so far, their housekeeper (on my side of the building, at least), was the most friendly and kind housekeeper I have ever met to date. She was obviously busy, but still took the time to say hello and engage in a small amount of polite conversation before moving on to her duties. It is a slight bit off the "beaten path," but super quick and easy to get to, and the location was beautiful. A few hours after checkout, I received a text asking how my stay was and if there was anything they could improve upon. I was extraordinarily impressed, especially given the extremely affordable price. I will definitely stay again!

Just a little tight fit in parking.
Cleanliness of the place. It was quite. Friendly greeting from the man who signed us in. It was a nice place to stay. Pretty location..Very clean around the outside.

The parking.
The room was nice. The bed wasn't very comfortable, it kinda dips in the middle. The parking kinda stinks on the wkends. If u get in after 10pm u have to park on the other side of the building. That's not user friendly if ur handicap.

Wasn't anything we didn't enjoy!!
The staff was great..Ursula was a exceptional worker..she is a huge plus to your company..she goes above and beyond to make it a great stay...clean rooms, hot water..the indoor pool was great and love the fact you don't have to bother anyone to check in..they give you a code to get in. I give them 10 stars..

The lighting in the rooms could have been a little brighter.
The location was beautiful. Close to the Theater District as well as 76, but far enough off of the busy highways to be a calm and peaceful atmosphere.

There wasn't a variety of stuff to eat. Everything was prepackaged and not sanitary with everyone putting hands in packages. Asked for extra towels, trash bags and never received, had to go to office next morning to get. Over all it was a great place to stay. Will stay again.
Location of hotel, loved the pool/spa after a long day of activities. Bed was comfortable, having hot water everytime you showered was great.

Ursala was so kind and helpful. The woman was was there on Wednesday am at 7am was also very kind and offered good conversation while we were at breakfast. The room was well appointed and extremely clean.
