The apartment was very well equipped with everything we needed. The pool was wonderful. We had a very good rest here. We really liked the quiet neighborhood. At the same time, the accommodation is very centrally located in Tucson and a good starting point for excursions.

The TV was hard to manage and watch shows.

I liked the way the house was set up with the French theme and the fact that there was 2 bathrooms, I didn't have to share with my brothers! I loved the openess of the kitchen.

This property was home away from home for us! So cozy, comfortable, safe, quiet, spotlessly clean with everything we could have possibly needed. This property is a super location for exploring south Arizona. Russelin, the host, was in contact with us before our arrival and was contactable all during our stay should we have needed anything.

Could use good a lot better quality beds. Worth the investment to have some hotel quality beds for guests. Really the only issue with staying in short term rentals. A great bed makes a lot of things better!

Nothing against the property since this is more a Tucson lack of street lamp thing, but be aware that coming back at night might be tricky. My uber drivers had issues finding the turn in because it was so dark. One driver complained about it being too low for his car or something like that, but we found another way in.

This place and the hosts were wonderful. The location is centrally located to several places. I don't drive so I used Uber to get around which was really easy from my destination. The property is in a group of similar condos so it was really quiet. The entire time I was there I just heard 1 neighbor's dog for a few minutes. I loved the pool which I used everyday I was there and only ran into 1 other person 1 time I was there. She lives full-time in the complex and was surprised to see me because she said she never sees anyone else in the pool. So if you stay and want to use the pool, just be prepared that it may be like having a private pool. The unit was also really clean. I accidentally kicked a sandal under the bed and was dreading what I'd have to unsee to fish it out, but nope nothing there but my sandal. They also seem to keep any extras that people leave behind which I like because that avoids any waste. Check for extra sunscreen, lotion, etc before running off to CVS/Walgreens.

Of course there are always things that could be better anywhere you stay, but honestly, nothing readily pops into my mind... We never saw another person at the shared pool all weekend (which was great), but it did have quite a bit of tree/plant debris in it- I'm guessing the lack of use means it's not skimmed as regularly as it could be. The water still seemed plenty clean, and I personally didn't care or even notice until another person with me mentioned it, so it was not a big deterrent by any means.

It was surprisingly difficult to find affordable rental options in Tucson for me and my three traveling guests who were in town for a friend's wedding. So many of the listings on another main booking site seemed reasonable but then tacked on cleaning fees of $300+. We were so grateful to find "Central French Charm," which ended up being better then we expected. The home was immaculate, spacious, comfortable, stocked with helpful essentials (basic toiletries, extra bedding, pool towels), and perfect for two couples. We really enjoyed having the private parking spot out front and the private front and back patios- being from Minnesota, we wanted to get all the sunshine we could get. The location was great, and we were able to easily access everything we wanted. The area seemed safe and there was a big shopping center including a Target, CVS, Marshalls, etc within walking distance; driving a few minutes in one direction took us to what seemed to be a grittier side of town with plenty of good thrift stores and low-key restaurants; driving a few minutes in the other direction took us to an obviously higher end part of the city where all the buildings matched and there were lots of specialty stores and fancy restaurants.

Bed was awful, could feel the springs. Too much fragrance due to cleaners or deodorizer, not sure which. It made me sneeze. Coffee pot and filters but no coffee available.
