Biggest complaint was the pillows: very thick and very solid, so they couldn't be bent or squeezed. Hard to fall asleep with my neck at an unnatural angle, and woke up with a stiff neck the next morning. No in-room coffee, and none in the lobby outside breakfast hours; no convenience store within walking distance. I had to run the water in the shower for several minutes before it ran hot. Not much horizontal space: I had to move the microwave to a nightstand to make room on the desk for my laptop.

No problems with wi-fi. Plenty of electrical outlets throughout the room. No problems with noise, either from within the motel or from the highway.

Rooms looked like they were older but the hotel it self didn't. Had rough texture walls everywhere but as far as the room goes it was clean and in good working order. The shower head was even clean, that's where it shows if they aren't keeping the bathroom in good working order, look like someone changed it to use there own shower head, there is some people like that.. otherwise it was a good hotel to stay at, if and when I go back I'll probably stay there again if I'm needing a hotel at that price. Thanks guys and keep up the good work as far as I have seen.

There was no hair dryer, suitcase valet, or chair in the room. Also, it was difficult to plug in a phone charger without getting down on your hands and knees, as the outlet was below a built-in shelf. The walls were paper thin, and I woke up to the neighbor watching TV earlier in the motion.

It was raining, so the covered entrance was nice to be able to load and unload the car without getting wet. Nice location near many restaurants and businesses. Parking lot seemed very secure

As they are in the process of remodeling the roofers were working until dark and then started again at 6:30 in the morning. The room was bare bones. No bedside lamp, no coffee pot, ice maker not working.

Thin blanket, no extra pillows. Smelled a bit like Dog in my room. Wasn't told of free continental breakfast, first key card didn't work so had to go get another one.

Desk staff was not available when needed. When we went to our room after we checked in they must have went to smoke weed because when we went to get our luggage about 10 minutes or less later the place reaked of skunk. The pool was ice cold. The entire place looked like they forgot they had guest staying. No ice machine for ice. Our vanity was cut apart but had it not been we would have had to hold the lid up on the toilet because it would have not stayed up. There was no view at all from our room as the car port area covering blocked the entire view. The 3rd floor and 2nd floor neighbors were up and loud until 245 am.

Very run down, possibly understaffed. Ice machine not working, laundry area stacked up, bathroom floor had a rip in it, toilet stained, bathroom sink dripped, shingles on the roof were missing or flapping!. Chadron is a smaller town and I don't think they see much action. Maybe that's why they don't invest in their property. We thought it included breakfast but the room with the Froot Loops never opened.

Clean and the beds were comfortable. Front desk guy was very helpful... missing cable cord and remote for the tv.

WIFI was non existent 90% of the time. Very frustrating. He said the company was working on it, but that did not help us. Room was very small for a king bed.

No breakfast served at this motel. Manager and staff were great to work with. Helped with anything we needed. even managed to get us an extra night and we did not have to move to another motel. It was a very busy weekend, everything was booked up, but he booked us after a cancellation.

Ants crawling all over our bedside table. They came in and sprayed chemicals instead of offering to move us. Also side door was broken and accessible to anyone walking in at any time. The ice machine was broken and breakfast was cold cereal.

Staff service would not check me in. I didn’t stay there, no front desk attendant was there to check me in. Thank goodness we didn’t pre pay. 2 people in lobby had been saying they were waiting for over 30 minutes for attendant.
