Minimal toiletries - shampoo, conditioner were barely enough for one person. Stain on the blanket on the bed, shower was dirty, peeled paint on the bathroom door Door to room not shut tightly - big gap. Not hung correctly.

Breakfast was almost non-existent!We have stayed many times when it was Baymont. Breakfast was much better then. No one seemed to be attentive to needs of breakfast bar, not keeping it filled with food items-once gone they were never refilled! Construction/renovation was in process & will be for some time. Public men’s restroom was out of order. Room key machine was not working properly! Needed to get another keys as first ones did not work! Will probably not stay at this hotel again until renovations are completed.

Convenience off I-74. Ease of room accessibility. Side entrance instead of front entrance was not a problem(due to construction )

We knew the breakfast was grab and go but it didn't have milk for the cereal and the waffle maker didn't work. They should of had at least bagels for a choice.

Bathroom light/fan made a terribly loud noise. Didn’t want to use it so was in the dark when using the bathroom.

The breakfast was very limited. Not much offered.

the $150 deposit I had to make even though I paid with a card. does make sense to me if you have my card on file why would I have to pay more on a deposit. definitely was close to canceling and just going somewhere that I knew wouldn’t charge me a deposit with a card on file. and the staff was rude about it just cause I asked why did I need to pay extra with my card on file

Several times during our stay, the odor of pot drifted through the halls and elevator. I have no problem with folks smoking weed,but not in a non smoking facility. Just go outside.

Everything was bread base such as bagels, bread, waffles, cereal,biscuits and gravy. There was nothing healthy to eat. No bananas, oranges, eggs. We had a broken safe box. Rooms need to be up dated,

Our tv had lines going through the screen. Maybe they could fix their cable to offer better tv reception to their customers.

The Sleep Inn offered a good variety for breakfast like hot coffee, tea & juice. Along with waffles, yogurts, cuties, scrambled eggs, sausage and bagels. The location was really good for us too.

Motel still under major renovation. Had to enter through unsecured back door. Parking lot full of construction materials. Water was still off at 4:00 PM. Low water pressure rest of stay. But was manageable. I would wait a few months to stay here. Will be nice when it's finished.

Breakfast is mainly continental. No hot food except for waffles and toast. Bed was comfortable. Fairly clean.

The website shows nothing about the place undergoing a LOT of reconstruction, renovation, etc. If you don’t mind loud hammering, drilling, etc from 7 am to 7 pm, it might be ok. Also, if you’re traveling with a pet, take photos of the whole room with a time stamp showing that your pet did not soil your room. They got us for $250 damage which we know our dog did not do, as she was never left alone. Big rip off!

Beds were nice. Room in general was adequate & clean. The hot breakfast was good.

Complete remodel of entire building. May be best to just tear it down and rebuild.

Tha place was awful. Smelled bad, filthy and construction happening and they never said anything about that prior to booking and photos online were very misleading...This place needs to be gutted and a complete rebuild. Worst place ever. I ended up booking another hotel. Could not stay there at all.

The breakfast end @ 9:00 am on Sunday. Most hotels serve breakfast until 10:00am on weekends.

I travel for my daughter’s graduation. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff were friendly.
