Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

Pool was closed for a leak. It was 115 degrees. (Not the hotel's fault, but I might've chosen another hotel for the night. Also was not able to get breakfast. I might suggest a "carry out" style of breakfast to those leaving before 630am. The overnight staff each time I stay here are always playing on their phones. I turn my key in, thank them and barely receive an "uh-huh". I wish the check OUT staff was as engaging as the check IN staff.
Facility was clean. I asked for 3rd floor because I had to be at work at 6:00am. Staff was accommodating.

My main objective was the quality of the bed..the bedding was decent, but the bed needed help. Itoo had an issue getting warm water to wash and shower..I didn't bring it to the attention on the management so it just could have been
The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect..they provided a nice hot and cold breakfast with good tasting coffee. They kept the public area very clean..for a busy business it was quiet.

The breakfast is really skimpy - very small yogurt cups, juice cups. No meat every other morning, no hot chocolate. The room is small. There was only one deep drawer, very low.
The room was clean, had a refrigerator and a padded cushion beneath the window. The location is really good, just one mile off the 202.

The pool heater was broken, so I couldn't use the pool. I would not have booked this facility if I had known prior to arriving

Do not disturb sign was missing from one of our rooms. Got locked out of both rooms on the second night, which was remedied in a reasonable amount of time but still an inconvenience. Had to wait for someone to appear at the front desk since they were out buying food for their break and apparently nobody to cover for them. Roach in the 3rd floor bathroom sink one night which scared my wife but isn't all that surprising to me having grown up in Phoenix area where this isn't uncommon in homes, but still kind of surprising in a 3rd floor hotel room. Bed is pretty hard. Front desk staff dressed very casually not giving a professional impression, slouching down in their chair/hiding behind the desk/absent at some times, but otherwise they did help when approached.
It was cheaper than other options. Room was generally clean.

The manager Rog Ullol was very rude. Had bad customer service. He wasn't easy to deal with at all

The toilet is hard to flush down water and there might be bed bugs because we got bites after we got in bed.
Good location and friendly staff. Breakfast is typical continental American breakfast, very simple.
