You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaOne elevator in the full to capacity hotel was not working the whole weekend. (at one point staff helpfully took people to the service elevator. Room coffee maker didn't work. Repairman came promptly. Next morning it didn't work again. another guest when i went down to buy coffee said she had the same problem.
Breakfast was very expensive - though good. All staff in the hotel were helpful, friendly and courteous.

The Location. We come to Charlottesville often and have chosen the Omni many times for it’s location. It has it’s own parking and overall is quite comfortable

United States of AmericaThe "do not disturb" signs were confusing. Not sure why they said "5 more minutes" - so we didn't hang it outside the door and were disturbed at 8am by housekeeping. The sign was put out then, but they knocked again!
We wanted to try the breakfast but the noise in the lobby from construction was too much so we ate elsewhere.

United States of AmericaThe hotel was in the midst of renovations during our stay. The noise was a bit unfortunate, but couldn’t be helped. They did a great job of making sure we were comfortable despite the construction.
The location was great - close to food and shops, and live music, not to mention UVA. Our room had been recently remodeled, and was clean and beautifully decorated. Every staff member we encountered was very nice.
