Bathroom fan was very loud and noisy.

The people are very friendly, warm, helpful and knowledgeable. Coffee and bagels are fresh and delicious. Location is great!

Not dislike. Just a suggestion. Maybe unify the lighting in the rooms. Little brighter/more coordinated. Minor thing, but worth mentioning .

A solid, jersey shore, across the street from the beach, pool out front, classic motel. Good value, great location half-block from southern entry to seaside heights boardwalk but with peacefulness of seaside park begining in opposite direction.

There is no hairdryer and the towels are very small and old. The pool doesn't open until 10am which is a shame when you have small kids.

The rooms and common areas are dated and could really use some upgrades. The bathroom in the lobby area (that is open for guests) had a bunch of clutter in it - not a great look.

First time staying on the side of the motel and it was a nightmare to sleep because of the people next to me. As it wasn’t soundproof in the slightest and the connecting door made it worse. And I swear they looked like and acted like they were homeless pot smoking trailor trash. And of course they were there on both days of my stay. Now this isn’t the motels fault but at least they could’ve stopped the pot smoking as they were aware of it because I saw it. And it ruined my stay after finally making it back after a hiatus to serious health issues. And they left there door open 24/7 and looked like just say unpleasant to see. So I will only stay on the beach side of motel otherwise I’ll stay home because I won’t stay anywhere else besides here. And I checked out at 6 pm as I couldn’t take my neighbors.

Location and cleanliness are the best in this area hands down.

We specifically wanted a non-smoking facility because I have asthma. No one followed the smoking rules and the rules were not enforced. I had to hold my breath in so many areas of the hotel. NOT GOOD!!!!

We liked that everything was walking distance and there was a large variety. Parking was excellent. The hotel was reasonably clean and cared for.

The air conditioner in room 210 needs maintenance. After a short time maybe 15 minutes or so it makes a very loud rumbling sound that keeps you awake, and it needs to be shut off and put on again to eliminate the rumbling for a short time. The outdoor steps with the big spaces between them are old and we didn't feel safe walking down them. We avoided those steps and didn't want to lose our balance. They need replacing as do the bathrooms. Too small and the showers didn't work quite right. These things need to be addressed if the company wants people to return. thank you

The parking was tight. There were spaces for every room. It was somewhat difficult to maneuver cars. Most people were helpful. It’s tight but didn’t take away from the location or the motel. We would come back to this hotel.

The hotel was in a great location and it was quiet. We loved having access to the room we were in upstairs from all around the building. We had a pool at the hotel and the hotel offered beach passes to the Seaside Park ocean beach also. We were within walking distance to the boardwalk and all of the things om the Seaside Boardwalk also. We were about 6 minutes driving from Island State Park. We could sea the bay and ocean when we walked outside our room upstairs.
