Coach needed replacing - - first time I’ve stayed somewhere that didn’t have a book with instructions on using TV or check out instructions But I may have missed that - the host was wonderful and answered all my questions immediately

Location and house was roomy. Host was top notch and very responsive

2 beds out of the three bathrooms were very squeaky. Kitchen needs a spatula and colander. Windows could do with a good wash to get rid of all the spiders and webs.

Great location. Good size for a family

The house looks great and it has a lot of potential. Window AC was doable and my family was comfortable . Kitchen was functional but lacks cooking utensils it only has the wooden spoon for cooking. The master bathroom floor needs re tiling,re grouting and change shower head but the water pressure was good but a curtain window is needed on the second bathroom as it is through especially at night when lights are on. So we had to tell our daughter to use the other bathroom instead. Slippers left by previous people under the couch ( like it wasn't cleaned properly ). Was not able to enjoy the backyard too much cob webs and the pathway going to the spot described (to sit and have your favorite drink on the description) didn't happen. Maybe a seating area on the front of the house would be better. It has a lot of space for 6 people. The property manager was very responsive and gave us tips and other things to do which helped and came over to fix one of the toilet seats.

Location was good if the roads were open to the entrance to the park but due to road closure caused by winter storm we drove around to get to Kings Canyon entrance for 2 hours which was not too bad and definitely worth the trip

    Nothing. Very recommended.

The location is great and the house is clean. It is a good experience to taste the US country life. It is also the first time that I saw hummingbird too. So great!

The kitchen was missing quite a few essentials for cooking meals (eg, no mixing bowls, no spatulas, etc). The heater was running 24/7 from the moment we arrived (temps were in the upper 90s). The thermostat wasn't working, so there was no way to turn it off. We accidentally discovered a switch that turned off the heater. 2 of the bedrooms did not have any dressers for our clothes. We encountered quite a few bugs during our stay (roaches, termites). There were quite a few light switches throughout the house that either didn't work or couldn't be determined. The fridge had a bad smell and needs to be cleaned. The floors & rugs were all filthy. The shared bathroom has a window to the property's backyard but no curtain/cover, so there's no privacy. In the bedroom next to the office/den, the curtains couldn't be closed at night as they would block the a/c unit. The runner on the dining table has multiple dead bugs embedded in the fabric. One of the couches in the living room is shedding material and it got all over our clothes, blankets, and possessions.

We liked the location and the spaciousness of the home. The a/c units were powerful and kept the rooms cool (after we figured out how to turn off the heater). The abundance of ceiling fans was also nice.

The main suite bathroom was less than ideal. The faucet drips badly and there is mildew in the shower. Luckily the second bathroom was in better condition.

the location is great, seemed to be a nice quiet and safe community and great location to visit Sequoia and Kings Canyon. Beds were clean and comfortable with plenty of space to hang out on a rainy day. The back porch was a lovely spot to sit and have coffee in the morning and watch the turkeys.

There were quite a few things about the property that didn’t impress me considering the price we paid. We found a roach in the kitchen sink the first night, which I know can happen, but it was disturbing nonetheless. There was a drinking glass that was cracked and had a couple chips in the rim. The kitchen faucet must be missing the little screen because the water comes out really crazy and splatters everywhere. The bed in one of the rooms is incredibly squeaky, so every movement makes a ton of noise. My kids both slept in that room and it was tough for them to fall asleep. The master bathroom shower needs some serious love. The spacers are visible where the grout should be on the floor of the shower…I’ve tiled a shower and it’s not that hard to cover those. Plus, the handles for the faucets were cracked and broken, the shower head was quite rusty, and there was a huge rusty stain on the ground where the shower head must’ve leaked over time. The water pressure was really good so I appreciated that, but it just felt really run down in there. Lastly, we were disappointed to not really be able to use the outdoor space much. It would’ve been so nice to have a comfortable way to enjoy the backyard. There were a couple chairs on the deck but both were totally covered in webs and quite dirty. There were screens that had fallen off the windows (or were taken off) but it just felt uninviting. I completely understand that we were in the mountains and dirt and webs are a part of that, but it truly looked as though nobody had made an effort to clean the outside area/windows/deck in a long time.

The house was easy to find and centrally located. The inside was colorful, spacious, and pretty clean. It had a swing in the backyard that my kids enjoyed using. Has a large tv in the living room, comfy couches, and a good size dining table that accommodated the five of us. It has quality window a/c units in each room that kept us cool, plus ceiling fans that helped too. The keurig coffee machine worked great and was easy to use but I wish I’d known to bring the k-cups because they cost an arm and a leg at the local grocery store. The beds were comfortable as well, and had nice linens. The keypad on the front door was nice to have, but there weren’t thorough instructions on how to use it beyond the code. You have to press the lock button after the code, wait until you hear something, and then press it again.
