Location

Sofa was old looking, well worned and smelly. Giving me a 3-day window to do their fire inspection was an inconvenience for me but a convenience for them when they could do this between rentals or when the unit is empty. My inspection came 2 hours before the close of the window when I happened to walk in on them.

This is by far one of the nicest places we've stayed at. Beachfront very well kept place. We are definitely coming back again. Restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance. Everything was awesomely great. Thumbs up to our host Zareh. Very attentive and quick to respond.

Loved the location and the condo.

The temperature was too hot inside it would not go below 77 degrees. The first morning staying there it was 82 that morning. We had to go buy fans to try and keep us cool

I missed one night because of car accident. Owner let me to stay little longer last day to help with organize car issues . Property was clean and comfortable . It was pleasant .

The unit was well stocked with almost everything a family needs for vacation. It was right on the beach and roomy enough for all of us.

Clean, easily accessible with a rooftop view of beach, ocean, boardwalk, as well as city. Has its own pool and access directly to beach only yards away with all amenities supplied with each rental unit.

Great location next to the Pier

Unit #401 needs a remodel. Pull out couch was broken. They put signs on the pull-out asking us to use a blow-up mattress which I rejected. The staff was great and brought up a roll-away bed, but it was broken also. In short, these are individually owned units and are not consistently maintained. It appears that the owners of #401 have not put a nickel into their property since it was built (40+ years ago). Mattresses, appliances, etc looked like they were purchased from a second hand store.

Loved everything about it!! Has literally everything you need even laundry detergent was provided and all cleaning stuff!

I liked the administrative personnel. They were very helpful and professional. The location and condo was fantastic.

The property manager lives on the premises and treated us as if they were annoyed with our presence. The security guard singled us out multiple times telling us out of the pool but failed to address the other families in the pool. On 7/4, he literally stood on the stairway blocking us from using the rooftop to view fireworks. Other families were allowed through. When I went to confront him, he said he wasn’t aware the area was open to people. Both instances, we were the only Hispanic family present. Racism or ignorance, I’ll let you decide.

I love the location it it was right on the beach. It made our vacation so much easier. !

I wish there was more places to shop at nearby

The host was great sending local highlights, the facility was clean and comfortable, and loved the location right on the beach with so much to do and eat nearby.

The twin beds don’t fit adults and are very firm.
