Every detail has been considered to make you feel at home. It has everything a house should have. The decoration is very nice and relaxing. The beds are comfortable. Sheets and towels are clean. Ventilation works well. It was fun to watch movies on the big screen TV. Wi-fi provides very fast internet. The location of the house is very close to the city. You can reach the city center in approximately 20 minutes by car. You can park your car in the private parking lot at the back. There is a seating area on the back balcony. Very useful in nice weather. If I go to Chicago again, I will definitely stay here.

I used to work in the hospitality industry so my expectations are very high. This property easily exceeded them! 2139 W. Granville is convenient to everything. Very walkable area, Just park the car and go shopping or dining. Close to the redline as well, if you want to keep the car parked and utilize transportation. It truly felt like a home away from home for us. My son and I were in Chicago to meet with my older son to celebrate his birthday. We had everything we needed in a fully stocked kitchen to bake and cook. The bedrooms were all private and very comfortable. The little porch was a quiet retreat space. I enjoyed my coffee and book there in the early mornings. I don't recall if it was mentioned in the listing but one of the bathrooms was an ensuite off the master bedroom which was perfect! The hall bath was located conveniently between the remaining bedrooms so everyone had their privacy. The living room was nicely furnished with tv and board games as well as an abundance of reading materials. Washer and dryer were wonderful conveniences after staying for a week! Private parking and private entrances were the icing on the cake in a relatively quiet neighborhood of Chicago. Our host was very communicative throughout the booking and our stay. She was very helpful! I will definitely stay again n the future!

The floors sqeaked alot. So, the night movement was disturbing. Bathroom was a bit small.

THe hardwood floors were beautiful, but in a second story home, you can't sneak in or out because the floors squeak. :)

Apartment- 3Bdr 2bth enought for our family of 6. Easy to find. Our family was in for a wedding. Host accommodated us check in day and even checked on us to make sure all was well. Apartment had everything we needed from shampoo, conditioner to coffee, creamer and even syrup! Location was awesome. 20 min from city and easy ride to city, 5-10 min from really good restaurants! Would definitely recommend.

There is not one thing I did not like about this property. Everything was thought out. They want their customers to be as comfortable as possible.

This AirBNB is tucked away in a safe neighborhood with everything you could possibly need within a 5-10 minutes distance. It was spotless upon arrival and was stocked with many amenities. Loved it!

The space is so well done ! Felt like I was in a 5 star hotel . The bathrooms beautifully upgraded and the living space and kitchen felt like home . Everything was spotless clean and the host was so welcoming and left us warm messages and great references for the area. She even sent us a basket of gorgeous produce from her garden ! We are so thankful we found this place while dropping our kid at Loyola and will definitely come again !

We are a family of 6 from New Zealand and stayed here for three nights, I wish we had time to stay longer! So clean, so much space, comfy beds and lovely shower, the area felt safe. It was everything we needed. Great to have our own parking space and also the washing machine and drier. Host was super helpful when we needed her. Could not have asked for a better place to stay. We also got very excited to see a wild deer in someone’s front yard very close by! Very highly recommend and thank you so much to the lovely host.

Excellent apartment. Very nicely furnished and complete with all the amenities a tenant could need. A lovely neighborhood, safe and clean. The private parking spot in the back of the property was a lifesaver, as the street parking has a tendency to fill up early in the evening. The host, whom we actually met with during our stay, is very friendly and accommodating. Will definitely stay there again on our next trip to the Windy City.

there was only one car parking space! so if you are traveling with two cars you might have to look for a parking on the street which sometimes is challenging!

very clean and updated! it was very modern and beautiful! pictures are not doing the justice! the location is wonderful as i wanted to stay close to devon and all the activities at lake shore drive.
