Someone had brought dogs which is fine but they were barking for hours being left in the room alone. I mentioned it to front desk and they said owner wasn’t there so nothing they could do . I had a newborn with me and dogs were barking passed 1130pm . Desk should have called owners and told them to come back or moved us . Another problem we had was that our pillows smelt like cesspool . When checkout came around , no one was around , waited 25 mins for someone to come ! Breakfast bar also was super limited .

The microwave in the room didn’t work. The vending machine was out of order.

It was fine for a night. A bit tired surroundings, however it was clean.

Cleanliness was not up to par. Hair on shower walls. Chewing gum in the corner of shower. Breakfast was donuts and bagels. Tv was not working properly had to plug hdmi cord back in.

There was no TV working, lights in the bedroom didn't work, dirty and greasy mirrors, no toilet paper... My fiancée fell asleep on the couch while the man was fixing the TV, it was after 10:00 PM when we were alone in our room.

The staff was great, he helped with problems that we had with the room.

We forgot to bring toothpaste but didn't think anything of it due to the fact most hotels have a small tube of toothpaste complimentary but the hotel didn't offer it. We had to run out the next morning - no big deal but would have been nice.

The location was close to Hershey and there was an ice cream stand across the street which was pretty good. The hotel offers a complimentary breakfast which consisted of bagels, cereal, muffins, yogurt, juice etc which was nice. They also had a coffee & tea cart and complimentary cookies & lemonade in the afternoon.

Nothing he wanted to make me more money than what I paid though (100.82) I know that it was cheap, put I didn’t even stay there. I want my back!!!!!!

Nothing. None one was in parking lot. Reviews said bed bugs and cockroaches and the guy couldn’t fined my reservation. Was not staying there. It looked like a renovation but was a ghost town.

It had mold, both my husband and I started having allergic reactions. My throat was itchy and I developed a cough and my eyes started watering almost immediately. I expect Booking.com to refund our money. The manager said he wouldn’t charge us, but the company has to agree and they have not got back to me.

this place looked so sketchy that we didn't even check into the hotel. The hotel sign was missing from the top of the hotel, the door inside was locked, and the entire place looked dilapidated. My friend and I didn't feel safe staying there and upon booking at another hotel, we were told that our experience was similar to others.

Staff was terrible and lied through their teeth. They were telling us and as many as 30 others that they didn’t have our reservations. It was a premium weekend and they were selling our reservations to others for 3 times the cost. Shady shady business. Needless to say they left about 100+ other people without rooms that they had previously reserved as long as 6+ moths prior to the date.

The hotel is very out dated, spiderwebs,very small bathrooms. I checked out immediately after seeing the rooms. They was not the same as advertised. The pool had no filtering, just standing water! Holes in hallway/staircase wall. Had a dungeon feel! Also I am yet to be refunded!!!

The facilities needs alot of work. Dry wall had water damage I'm the bathroom and covers up with duck tape. The room smelled like a locker room when we first walked in the door I had to go to the local dollar tree and get frebreze. The refrigerator thermostat know was broke off so any drinks we had froze solid and my daughter was afraid to use the soap in the dispenser due to the topvlayer of it had mold. No shampoo and soap provided besides the moldy dispenser in the shower. Hands down not a happy stay AT ALL. As we walked out my daughter saif shew thank god.

Very dull. I could have made the breakfast at home. Toast and donuts haha.
