The size of the room was good, I really like the location, water parks, maybe need another pool, entire hotel elwas very nice, it may need more attractions but overall we had great time in the water parks.

I didn’t asked to be switched because they had just switched our room closer to the water park area. I didn’t like that people with dogs stayed in the area we stayed in. My son is allergic and I didn’t know it would be dogs there. It was a lot of them though.

United StatesThe resort needs updates, our TV wouldn't work unless we had a light on, the Remote needed a new battery. Not enough push carts to help with luggage only 1. Needs a floor dedicated to pets and family. And parking was absolutely horrible .

United StatesWater parks a bit run down, esp the beige boat slide indoors missing bearings, and the outdoor kiddie area. Trash in the ponds by the golf course Credit card got compromised at the resort. A bit pricey, sing was too small, bed bunk front panel loose, shower curtain was old, lots of useless? light switches, thin dark hallways, food on top of cabinet and roof of building attached. Restaurant bathroom had random lightbulbs and food on the floor.

United StatesWe were in Villa D and one of the windows does not have a curtain on it the high one and the sun comes in. Overall, the room wasn’t bad. We had a couch and two beds and then a loft with a bunkbed and a TV up there.
It had several restaurants which we only ate at one. It was good, but my kids were picky so not a lot of options there. The staff was very friendly.

We notified staff and someone came to see but said all king size beds are ordered the same. The 2 queens and pullout couch were way better than a king. Do not recommend a king bed

United StatesLike all of these water park hotels, it was a bit dirty and very loud (requests a top floor room if you can so you’re not up all night listening to people running above you) and a bit over priced for the extras you buy.
We had a great time. The staff was exceptionally friendly. Beds were comfortable. Food in the breakfast buffet was good. Water park was lots of fun.

I loved that there was a tunnel to the parks so you didn't have to walk outdoors .

Convenient location in Wisconsin Dells. Rooms were a nice size and clean. Not as many indoor water Activities as some of the other hotels since we went in the winter, but still better than others. All together under $500 for 1 room for 2 nights with wristbands included which was not terrible.

Perfect for families that don't need "high end" but want a comfortable, safe, clean, and fun experience. It is an older facility and some stuff is dated or run down, but the kids didn't care and we didn't either. Great mix of stuff for all ages. It was the only aforable way to get to go on a mini winter waterpark getaway. Staff was friendly, never had to wait for service.

United StatesOur complaints were with the indoor pool area. There were a lot of areas with stool on the ground that all staff just walked by for hours. When we left multiple areas with stool still on the ground after 7:30. The water was very cold in most areas except the kiddie pool and the hot tub. The hot tub was not enjoyable as there was no room for adults with all the toddlers and young children swimming in it. The lifeguards policed the other areas well but the hot tub was a free for all with no supervision. When I brought it up to a lifeguard about how me my mom and my sister would like to go in the hot tub but there is no room because of all the kids and toddlers and even people with infants he just shook his head and did not even attempt to help the situation. I believe if the water everywhere else was not so cold kids would not need to be in the hot tub they would be playing on the slides and at the basketball hoops.
The room was clean and big enough to accommodate our family.

United StatesThere was an Aquatifur convention happening, which is completely fine, as love is love- but I do think that as a family setting. With family events going until 9pm surrounding the dells- I do think that the time frames should have been altered a bit. At 7pm it geared towards the 18+ crowd, maybe something that should wait until 930-10pm. Or maybe you could separate people staying at the conventions in one area and other guests on the other side. Another problem I had was the side door did not shut. We were tucked away from the main roads, so it wasn't like anyone would walk in, but if they were given the chance, they could have. Finally, I do think that the amount of guests should be accommodated for, as when at the waterpark, I had to walk around the lazy river 4 times before getting a tube. Understandable for being busy, but really wish they accommodated for everyone. The beds could be little softer, and pillows a little firmer.
The waterpark passes are included with any stay, and the individual working the desk gave me another pass for our party. The room said it would be ready at 4pm, and was ready at 1pm, which was amazing! There were so many free activities surrounding Chula Vista- from the Riverwalk with the gorgeous tree, to the Autobots in the Top Secret Parking lot. (Free to take pictures with and we started quite the movement.)
