Bed a bit soft for us & pillows too high for us. Everything was so clean, except that floor wasn't very clean, we were barefoot and my feet were dirty after a few min so I had to.clean them before getting in bed.

Location is awesome. Place is awesome. Room is so cute, small but all we need all the time when traveling. The iPad is just amazing to control everything without getting up.

I had some difficulty connecting to the TV to watch shows. I wonder if it is a wifi speed issue?

The view from the room was absolutely incredible. It is right next to the ball park and we were there on St Patrick’s weekend. We were worried that we would hear lots of noise from the street. There was some noise and it definitely isn’t as sound proofed as other Citizen M rooms I have stayed at, but it wasn’t too bad and we were able to sleep. The common area in this hotel is fantastic. There are lots of quiet spots to get some work done in your laptop.

Curiously, the pillows are rather uncomfortable. They are too large for our taste and, consequently, too hard. We would have preferred softer ones. Pillows are one of the few items in a hotel room that are used almost constantly and we are always a little surprised when hotels trade aesthetics for comfort.

We liked the immediate proximity to the train station, which was why we chose the hotel. But once inside, we were impressed with the staff and the modern, well equipped and furnished rooms. We had a city view, which was a plus at night and early morning.

The only problem in the room was the AC noise. You can not switch AC off but only to put the fan to the lowest speed, so AC works all the time. But even at the lowest fan speed you still hear its noise. Maybe the noise came from outside, not sure. But it was really annoying. For breakfast you can find a variety of meals but despite that every time I left it with the feeling of dissatisfaction. Two things really disappointed me at breakfast. The first - avocado spread is sour and spicy with some herbs inside. And the result is that I couldn't eat it despite the fact that I love avocado. Not all people like spicy food. Just plain mashed avocado with a little salt and some vegetable oil should be OK. The second problem is the egg meal. I am vegetarian and eggs are my primary source of protein. But after eating this dish I wanted to go to the restroom. On my last day I found out that the eggs were mixed with milk. And I have lactose intolerance. So, at least such things like having milk in some meal and it is not visible and obvious - it should be mentioned somewhere. In addition, it would be nice to have plain eggs in any form to eat them - boiled, fried, scrambled, but without milk. But when the egg meal is made from an unknown substance it removes the level of the hotel. In such level of the hotel I would expect egg meal made on the host and bought one.

The room is a little compact but you hardly notice that because it's very modern, stylish and inspiring. There's a big window, not always with the best view, but with a lot of light entering through it. Many channels on the TV and in addition you can cast on it the content from your smartphone. The text on the soap bottle could be confusing but it's indeed a universal gel for hair and body. The hotel starts from the fourth floor where the reception and dining room are located, and there you change the elevator to your floor. To enter the building at late hours you should attach your card to the scanner near the door. The location of the hotel is great. And just in the adjacent building you have a StartMarket supermarket with a huge amount of products. You can even connect to the hotel's WiFi inside the supermarket if you stand near the farthest wall. There's also free WiFi of the supermarket itself.

We had an early arrival of a flight. We thought maybe we could check in early but that was not option.

Me and my husband stayed here for one night for a quick stop in Boston on our way to VT. This location was perfect for trying to fit in some Boston tourist things before leaving. The room was just the right size for our short stay and the bed was comfortable. We came back in the middle of the day to take a nap and the night shade blocked out all the light. We got a good 3 hour nap in! It was amazing! We also appreciated the chill lobby atmosphere while we waited to check into our room. And the staff were so kind. We also checked out but had a few hours after check out to do a few more things in the city but didn't want to take our luggage. They let us keep it there in a storage space. I would highly recommend this place if you need a good place to get on and off the subway and to hit up some touristy Boston things. Our room also had a cool view of the city and surprisingly the city noise was to a minimum. We slept really good.

Not a complaint, but i do hope they have a bench

Location is good. Nice view from the room even im only on 5th floor. Nice stuff for the direction and suggestion. Clean room. I do hope they have the little bench like washington dc citizen m. Easy to control everything. And it’s better to provide a cup by the basin. But the stuff did give me one when i ask for a cup of ice.
