Clean neat Great atmosphere Very good and friendly staff

All was good no dislikes

Excellent location. The staff is diverse, lovely, always ready to help and provide information about the city (places to eat, how to use transportation, things to do). The room is so techie, I loved it! I also liked the fact that we can use the common spaces to have a meal, even if it was something bought outside the hotel. The (free) water fountain at the bar was very useful. The hotel is full of nice and humorous details, it was fun to spend some time looking at them.

Just one thing that needs improvement (although I'm not sure it would be feasible given space limitations): The drawers available under the bed are too shallow to hold big bags. I ended up leaving my bags in a space behind the door.

This was an unusual property in that the rooms are much smaller than standard but it has everything you need. Best of all was the ability to do total blackout in the rim. I slept till 10:30 am ?!? Amazing! You also have the ability to control the lights precisely which I loved. Pillows and bed was very comfy.

Everything, the room is small but it works perfectly for an inner city stay as all the facilities in the room were practical which makes it very comfortable.

Been at CitizenM LA with a good overall experience. In Frisco can't say the same. First room assigned was in the back corner facing a wall. Asked to change, the second one was smelly! Once again asked the staff to give a better room, but the manager (a black woman, don't remeber the name) was very unfriendly and rude. We had no chance to change the room and spent our stay in a smelly room! Stay away from CitizenM San Francisco!!!!!

The styling and decor is fab, it was clean and the bed was massive and comfy.

The location was a bit sketchy at night and the toilet glass door didn’t fully close. We also noticed there weren’t any films available like there used to be.

Clean well laid out

Strong fragrance smell when you come through the doors. The sig scent but way tooo strong.

Nice room ,very comfy bed. We loved the iPad functions. And the shower was great too.

Could do with more choice at breakfast.

Very cool vibe. Security staff were welcoming every evening. Room was perfect for what I needed.

They don't accept cash.. I've never been in a hotel bar that doesn't accept cash! Also house cleaning came at like 09:00 - 09:30 which meant I never got my room cleaned because I was on holiday and sleeping. Most hotels I've stayed in house cleaning is done early afternoon when people are out of their rooms.

Room although very small had everything we needed. It was comfortable and clean.

The bar area and check in seemed quite dark. Everything was done using I pad which was fine but all a bit impersonal.
