This is a very comfortable cabin. I was really tired at work, so I was searching for a calm and relaxed place! and this cabin is really thoughtful, the environment is very peaceful and soothing.

I like everything.

We loved the grounds, it was wide open. The animals roaming around was fun. At night there were so many stars, that was a treat. The cabin was cute and clean.

At first we thought it was too far from town, but that was after traveling an hour and a half. But once we were there the travel back and forth was easy and beautiful.

Quiet, private, comfortable, and all the cute animals were a bonus!

Stunning views from the personal hot tub on the patio! Spacious kitchen and bathroom, with a comfortable bed.

Ms Jean was the softest kind hearted person u could ever meet. Specially in the world today.

I loved all of it

The area

It was really nice to be off the beaten path but also be 20 minutes away from Fredericksburg. It allowed us to unwind and enjoy the the area when we decided to go venture out.

Nothing to complain about- it was just what we wanted in a quick Hill country getaway.

The location was perfect and beautiful, great escape out of the city. The host was also so friendly and a little detail i appreciated was the fresh flowers in the vase in the kitchen .

Relaxing

The cabins were adorable ! And so comfortable.Realky enjoyed the hot tub being on the back porch with privacy .

No dislikes

The cabin was laid out beautifully. I loved the remoteness feel and the porchview of the creek. Fredericksburg was just a short drive for dinner. Entry was easy and the cabin was super cozy.

Temperature was too warm outside for using the jacuzzi. It was hot and ready just not inviting for a May evening.

We liked the overall privacy. It was out in the country but still a close drive back to town for restaurants or shopping. we enjoyed walking the creek bank and listening to the sounds of nature.

If I had to complain about one thing, I suppose it would be that the porch was facing west. Which meant we had to wait until late in the evening to get into the hot tub, but it wont be deal breaker for me.

Absolutely loved everything about this property.

The atmosphere, hot tub, sauna, and so peaceful.

We liked everything!

EVERYTHING!! EVERYTHING! EVERYTHING! Location, peacefulness, serene and relaxing. What my husband and I needed. After a long week of work. My husband spent most of his time catching up on his sleep on the comfortable bed and the cool AC , while I soak my achey body in the hot tub outside with the most serene view , nature at its best! In the evening we would sit on the back porch and listen to music, and converse. And see the cute ponies inside their pen. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place to anyone seeking recharging. Jean the owner was super helpful and friendly by sending us a text with address and code to our "LOVE" number 4 cabin which we got exactly the cabin we wanted! He also mentioned in the text, that if any problem emerged or need assistance with the cabin to feel free to call. But the cabin had everything we needed and beyond. This was good to know he cared for his guests. We definitely would book again!!!

Not able to stay longer 😔

The cabin had all of the amenities that we could need for our stay in Fredericksburg. We enjoyed walking the property and surrounding areas. We loved sitting on the porch and listening to all the sounds of nature. The shower, the bathroom, the bed, the kitchen were all just what we needed. It’s a beautiful property and a lovely cabin.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like. We were just far enough away from all the activity and festivities that made it a retreat for us. And close enough to enjoy the wineries and dining in town.

Nicely maintained cabin with decent privacy ~ pony & wildlife sightings very fun!

A bit dated decor & front yard door needs a little TLC.

The property was clean and cozy.

We had no issues with this property.

We loved everything! So homey and feels peaceful. We could walk around the property when we were there and fed ponies, fished, and explored. The owner is so nice and there was a cat that came and saw us every morning and evening haha. Fishing was splendid! We fished twice a day and the cattle that roam the property came and watched us fish. The cabin itself was cozy and comfortable. We loved the hot tub, too! Definitely will be back any time we’re in the area.

It was wonderful, we had a great time in the relaxing cabin next to the little river and scenic views. It was quiet, private and a great way to spend our weekend away together. We thoroughly enjoyed the jacuzzi! We will be back!

Only sort of complaint was that there wasn’t enough coffee, we went and bought more but it was fine. We are big coffee drinkers!

The cabins are beautiful on the inside and decorated perfectly. It is quiet and serene perfect place for coffee on the back porch . Cabin has everything you need Next time we will bring steaks and stay longer!! If we have more time, we would stay there longer
