The home wasn't really ADVERTISED as sharing the whole home. You only get a bedroom to yourself. There is no TV in your room so no privacy to watch what you want. Shared the home with 2 other couples but luckily they were super nice and we all respected each other well. You also share one main bathroom with all the other people. There was also a half bath. You get one towel, washclothes and hand towels for the whole week unless you wash it yourself, which I did. The broom and such was locked up so you couldn't sweep up. There was one dish towel for everyone to use in the kitchen, so we washed that ourselves also. I'm sure I could have ask for extra bath and kitchen towels but I feel an extra set of bath towels should have already been there and extra kitchen towels should have just been there. We were lucky the other couples were nice and respectful of privacy and quiet at night, but the home should be advertised as a SHARED HOME.

Home was clean and close to Boston. There was a washer and dryer so I could do laundry before leaving. You do provide your own washer soap of course. The owner provided me a table fan since I use one to sleep and didn't want to bring mine on the plane. I arranged this ahead of time. The owners push the "nice view"...which it was a beautiful view of the city but sharing a home with strangers was not my idea of a relaxing time.

if you’re planning to use public transportation, just keep in mind that the nearest station is about a 20–25 minute walk, which might be inconvenient for some.

We had a great time here! The house is comfortable, clean, and offers excellent value for money. The host was very kind, responsive, and easy to communicate with. It's just a 10-minute drive to downtown Boston, and Uber rides typically cost around $10–15 each way. Overall, a great experience — highly recommended!

I couldn’t say if the room had stairs or if had a private bathroom , or even that were 2 bathrooms before I arrived. The house is on a hill, which was good for the view, but difficult to walk from supermarket. Long way to the T.

I liked the view and the terrace .Amazing sunrise m.They had 1 and 1/2 bathroom, shared with 3 rooms. No stairs , which was super convenient for me. The owner was very kind and managed the property very well. It exceded my expectations. I liked the complete kitchen, and the kitchen high sits with the view for eating or working . I made good friends with the other 2 guests.

I missed the fact that it was a shared bathroom when I booked. It wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be but I do prefer to have my own bathroom. There was a coffee machine but no coffee. We had traveled from England and it would have been nice to at least have one cup each on the first morning.

The apartment was located close to a subway station and easy to get into the attractions in Boston. It was clean and the room we had was spacious. Well equipped apartment with free parking in the street. We met the owner who was very helpful with local shops etc.

Description was not clear regarding sharing apartment with guests in two other bedrooms, sharing kitchen and living room and sharing bathroom with another room. Other guests also said they did not realize there would be other guests staying in apartment. Was a little awkward.

The mattress was super firm. The listing was not clear that the apartment was more like a hostel instead of a private space (bed and bath was private but kitchen and living area is shared by 3 rooms). We ended up the only ones there which was perfect but was nervous about the amount privacy we would have. We did appreciate our room had a lock with a code. It also would have been nice to have a few more kitchen essentials.

Offered parking. Good location, super quiet and had an amazing view of the city skyline. The place was clean and offered free laundry. We were able to set the thermostat how we wanted. Owners were very nice and helpful! Even included roses since we were visiting for our honeymoon. Would recommend to stay!

The location of the accommodation I'd great 15min to downtown via Roxebery crossing. The host was very friendly and provided excellent service with offers to help to look out for my online order and provide me with extra towers. The accommodation is.very clean and quiet. The flat is in a very nice location, relatively close to the center, well-reachable by public transportation, but super quiet and felt pretty safe. Squeaky clean, lock-protected rooms. Was overall very comfortable.

The owners have done an exceptional job in preparing their property for short-term rentals. Very fresh, very clean, very accommodating. The city view from the back deck is beautiful. The kitchen was very nice, but — unlike most short-term rentals — there were no spices, oils, etc. It’s a shared kitchen with 2 other rooms, so I suspect very little cooking happens. All in all, we liked the property.

I have little to no complaints about where I stayed. The house was on a hill, so expect to walk up and down the slope when you go through your daily life. However, the train and the buses were close by and easy to walk to, so the hillside is not as much of a bother.

The view of the skyline was exactly as Nadine and Mark had promised - it was gorgeous to see the view of Boston from the kitchen. The living space was comfortable, and I had some of the most restful sleep in my life in the bedroom I was assigned. The overall atmosphere of the space was lovely as well. It felt like I was in another home away from home.

The property was clean, well maintained, nicely decorated, had all appliances and kitchenware you need for having a home meal, the bed was comfortable, the view from the kitchen window was really amazing, you can see the Boston downtown panorama from it. Free laundry is available, we didn’t not need to use it, but it’s good to have. The property is located within close proximity to downtown Boston. We didn’t have a car and used Uber to venture out. The owners provided useful information about surroundings, such as where to shop and where to eat. Thank you Mark and Nadine for your hospitality. We truly enjoyed our stay !
