    Upon checking in the motel was absolutely nothing like the website, we stood in the lobby for more than 30 minutes while 3 or 4 customer service reps for behind the counter talking on the phone talking to each other it was a disaster it was disgusting it had a bad odor I would never recommend this place in fact we left and never turned back

    When I got there nobody was at the front desk just a note saying be rite back , and 5 people in front of me wondering around mad as I was . 45 min later a woman showed up said she was the only worker , finely got the room key she said give me 20 min I have to clean it , this is midnight , I have to work at 530 am , 20 min later got to the room , there is a drunk woman in that room , go back to the desk someone else working says give me 20 min to find another rm and clean it , got to lay down about 230am

    It sucks , the worst hotel ever

    They never went to clean the rooms , or change the towels . Someone when into my room and steal my luggage and my hat collection. Made a complaint with front desk and didn’t did anything about it very disappointed and dirty hotel

    It was horrible, doors we’re broken, lights had no covers, it was dirty, smelled like smoke. Would never stay here again. I had to pay an astronomical amount per dog and they could clearly not have done more damage.

    The lady at the desk was nice. That was it. Nothing else was even decent.

    The front desk lady was super sweet! She walked me to my room and had me let her know whenever I needed anything.

    It smelled like Marijuana and I found roaches in my room.

    I booked a hotel room and used my card for secured my staying, they couldn’t take over the phone payment so I cancel the reservation. But some how someone of the staff had a hold of my card information and kept trying to steal money for my card, I call the hotel and made a complaint but I haven’t heard anything back.
