Having a two rooms without AC and then having to demand to get moved to 2 other rooms almost 2 hrs after getting there. Claiming we needed to give it time for the air to work. The air was broke

They have one woman staff that was rude. She does not have people skills. When we were telling her about the incident in our bathroom she said real loudly, "WELL SUE THE HOTEL" That shows how much she cares about working there!!!! Thank goodness no one was checking in or out when she said that. I think she needs to find a new job. 😡 The pool was not heated as it says in the "About Us" That was like 9 years ago. The pool needs to be drained, sanded down, sealed and repainted. They DO NOT SERVE BREAKFAST. So be sure to bring a small pot or instant coffee if you drink it when you wake up. If you do get a handicap shower, I would not recommend using the seat in the shower. Itz short for a child, it does not adjust to height. Which I suggested the day we were leaving. Also bring a cooler with ice because they've been under new management for 9 years and their ice machines are not hooked up to produce ice. Oh and the beds ARE NOT QUEEN BUT FULL Size This is now under new management/owners. And the "ABOUT US" was from back 20 some years ago. This can be a great hotel to stay after and only after they get it up to par. Itz a good place to sleep if only for 1/2 nights. And stay in the back of this hotel because you won't hear the traffic

The room was clean. It had 2 beds, a mini fridge, tv and I requested a Handicap shower. Two of the staff was friendly and got us whatever we needed if we called to requested. The lobby was nicely furnished with new. We are Thanking Miss Karen n the night staff gentleman for the kindness they showed us.

Anything here is satisfactory they only take the money for limited service that’s horrible even during me extended my stay when I decided to check out before the due day they refuse to reimburse me claiming about policy for a very poor Anyway I left because I had enough

Wasn't much. Though we paid extra for early check in, the room was not fully prepared. Tub was dirty with bugs in it. The bed had the ceiling pop corn material in it, Under the blanket. How do you get that material under the blanket of a clean bed. We paid fill price but the owners were having a party in the pool area for family only. When we told the front desk about those issues, the desk clerk handed my wife some cleaner and said sorry, no one available due to the party. And, though the whole hotel has no smoking, the smell of pot is every where down the hallways. As for trying to sleep, the fan mode does not work on the air units so no white noise available. Pitch silent in the room except when emergency vehicles drove past, about every 10 minutes.

Cleaning staff was unreliable. It didn't feel very safe. There was no coffee maker in room. There were no ice makers or vending machines near. Everything was behind the check in counter, which was a very long walk for someone who is disabled.

The lady who checked us in was very helpful.

I don't like the fact the have to hold a security deposit, I don't like the safety around the property, I don't like bugs in my room, I didn't like the burn holes in my bed spread, so I'm not even sure if they change the sheets?

It doesn't feel safe on the property, lots of rough people lurking about... The rooms are big, however they're not the cleanest, my bed spread had burn holes in it and there was bugs in my room.

Very dirty room. Pillow cases and towels were not changed. Hair and dirt everywhere. We scrubbed the place down with disinfectants and bleach and was able to try and enjoy the rest of our stay.

The suite was spacious and the pool was nice.

Being over charged for my kids to stay 10 per kid per night and I paid nearly 600 for one week not including 40 extra per night for my kids and I was put on the cheaper side had no microwave and a 22 inch TV . Karen was the bomb she was super awesome

Room smelled of smoke even though hotel was non-smoking…front desk told me I was getting a king bed and I got two full size…the receipt I signed after payment of $35 for my pet…said dogs under 75lb are $15 and my dog was under 75lb…was refunded but had to bring it up, glad I read the agreement. There was hair on my bathroom towels and the counter was not clean…and burn holes in my bedding.

Location was fine, atrium was pretty though I didn’t get to use the pool as my trip was too quick.

It was unfortunately not very clean. Our room had an odd smell to it. Several hairs and stains were in our bedding, the bathroom was unfortunate and the towels were very cheap. There was a small coffee machine in the lobby that I wasn’t comfortable drinking from.

The location was easy to find, the main lobby had a nice layout and you could tell it was being remodeled.

Needs a little more attention to cleanliness. There's no way to maneuver tv channels except cycling through every one. Why is there not a microwave in the room? There is a community microwave in the hall. I never did find the elevator.
