we were there for 3 days. the breakfast was good but the same food all 3 mornings. would be nice for different food on at least 1 of those days.

The property is rundown and desperately in need of a deep cleaning. The breezeways were littered with trash and cigarette butts were everywhere. Poor lighting was a trip and fall hazard.

Location was close to where I needed to be. There were plenty of restaurants in walking distance.

just little things, TV guide would not tell us whats on. just what channels were on, had to scroll the channels one by one to find whats on. The parking lot and walk ways were disgusting. The hotel needs a full time cleaning stall to clean up after all the pigs staying there.

It was a decent place to stay. My only complaint was that I asked specifically for a room with a whirlpool tub but the room I got did not have one. I called the front desk and told them I specifically asked for a whirlpool tub so they moved me to a room that had one. Other than that everything was pretty decent.

everything worked, hairdryer, shower, sink plug etc. Bed clean and comfortable. Good choice for breakfast, helpful lady in the kitchen. we were able to walk to a Bar-B-Q restaurant.

The ice machine on the 2nd floor didn't work the entire time were were there, but once I reported it to the front desk, I was told that a work order had been sent. I didn't like the doors being an outside entry instead of an inside entry & the door to our room was not insulated & you could see the cracks where air was escaping. I recommend that you replace your sign in front with a larger one that is more easily seen. I drove up & down Hwy 72 a number of times looking for the hotel, but kept missing it & Google was not very helpful that evening.

The front desk staff, kitchen staff & housekeeping were all very welcoming, helpful, & hardworking people. The facility was super clean including the rooms, dining area & front desk. The elevator & luggage carriers helped us (2 seniors) get everything into our room more readily. The breakfast was hot & tasty!! The king size bed was super comfy!

The only thing I don’t love is the parking area. The left side (the big parking area) is pretty good but the right side is super tight. The only time I parked there I came back to a ding in my door. My suggestion is park in the big lot, even if it’s a farther walk to your room.

We have stayed here a few times while taking our son to college and then coming back to visit. This property is clean and well kept, the staff is always friendly, and I love the breakfast (real breakfast with scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, waffles, etc). This is our go-to In Huntsville

Desk was very friendly smiles and conversation and helpful. Rooms on the basic were clean few minor over looks actually got a channel on the TV good job! Breakfast was delicious. Over all a good stay!
