The location is great for when we need somewhere to stay the night before catching a flight out. The free shuttle service to and from the airport takes the hassle out of having to drive yourself. We have used this facility multiple times and never been disappointed. The staff are courteous as well.

Room was warm when I entered. Took a bit to cool off.

I was flying from overseas and decided to stay over in DFW before heading home. Clarion DFW North was close and offered a shuttle which was most helpful. The staff was friendly and courteous and their restaserved good food.

The ac did not work well. It cooled but where thermostat is the unit would shut down with room still hot. Made it hard to sleep. Room felt humid when we arrived. None of the outlets worked on the lamps so we could charge our phones.

The hotel was nice and clean. It was updated. Location to DFW made an early morning flight easy to get to.

AC was a bummer , not sure how it works . Cools down the room and then starts running again only after room becomes considerably warm to affect the sleep . Complained and staff granted me a different room which was also same . Then decided it might be the entire hotel. NO BREAKFAST, even though Booking.com said 'good breakfast' , should have looked for breakfast included , my bad on that part

The on-site restaurant leaves a lot to be desired.... but it's on site, so there is that...

The front desk person was absolutely delightful and made the stay relaxing and comfortable. Don't recall her name, but she worked early afternoon. Dark haired lady, a bit of an accent, just a warm, and wonderful, hospitable person. She had a bit of an accent, but not sure of her name. Perhaps in her 40's.... just a great experience.

The carpets do not appear or feel clean. The building itself is old and in repair, the swimming pool area was not clean during our stay.

Parking! No parking was left after 10 pm only in the back of hotel. But completely dark back there so a little unsafe.

Bar, breakfast(not included) but available, cold water. Travel brochures. It was clean. A little outdated but well kept. For the price can’t complain.

My room smelled strange- like of a roasted meat. Ham? There was an overhang over the window blocking the light and the view was directly into a car parked behind the building. Not the most welcoming of rooms but does the job for a night. I was stuck in Dallas for a night because of a flight cancellation. I do believe this is worth the bit more you'd pay over the Super 8.

The staff was friendly. Its proximity to the Dallas Fort Worth airport is great and their free shuttle service is handy. I had originally made a reservation at Super 8 but it looked under construction and dingy when I went to check in so I switched to this hotel. The staff was much friendlier and the environment felt safer and more welcoming.

Well, the bad side about being so close to the airport is that you can hear all the planes above you during the night. We made the reservation same day around 6 PM and no one ever sent a message on Booking.com to explain about the Shuttle service. The young lady who attended us was kind of rude, she needs a lot of training about customer services. Urgent.

I didn't like that there was a small van to pick up everyone heading to dfw airport, there needs to be a van for each hotel alone instead of going from one hotel to the next and squeezing us all in.

I liked the overall interior appearance of the hotel, and the fact that it had transportation to dfw airport with no additional cost. Plus free parking was great too.

It’s getting a little dated in some areas.

There were 3 roaches different sizes in the bathroom but they disappeared when I turned the light on and never saw them again.
