On behalf of the entire team at Stargazer Inn & Suites, I want to sincerely apologize for the inconveniences and frustrations you encountered during your stay. What you described is far from the level of service and comfort we strive to provide, and I’m truly sorry that we did not meet your expectations. Waiting outside in the heat, dealing with a non-functioning toilet and refrigerator, delayed communication, and being asked to move rooms so late at night — we understand how upsetting this must have been, especially after a long drive. These issues should have been addressed more promptly and professionally, and I assure you this is not the standard we aim to uphold. Your comments have been shared with management and our maintenance team so that immediate improvements can be made. We are also reviewing our procedures around after-hours communication and guest support to ensure this does not happen again.
