It didn't look like the pictures online. It looked old. The room needs some upgrades. I feel the price was too much for what I got. Didn't mind paying but the facility could have been better.

I paid for a room with a whirlpool tub in it . When we got there and was checked in was told not told that the room we got did not have it. I went back to the front desk and she told me that the whirlpool tub rooms was broken . I said so what are we going to do . She said that I could check out . I told her that we was 3.5 away from home so what was I going to do. They never offered to refund me any of my money back . I know that the room we was in was cheaper than the room I paid for . Not happy at all

Ok, but....over 4 days the room was not cleaned or towels replaced, the kitchen had a broken coffee maker and no silverware, cups, anything. There were trucks in the parking lot running their engines all night. The shower was either scalding hot or all cold, not mixed and comfortable. The bed was comfortable. I felt safe, but it was pretty basic. There were signs of renovation but the pool area was closed, the work out room had some equipment but it wasn't inviting. The building has a lingering scent of tobacco despite being smoke free. I was happy to leave.

no shower curtain, not a huge issue but the toilet paper holder was busted and there was only 3 pillow, but all in all it wasn't bad especially for the price.

Needed update on all aspects. Non smoking but smelled like smoke. Carpet entering was terrible. TV's did not work. We stayed one night and was to stay two more. Lost money but was not willing to stay longer.

We loved the room. The king suite was perfect for our trip. Having a separate bedroom made it perfect for naps. The 2 tvs gave my husband and I the opportunity to watch our shows

When we get there I didn't like the doors in my room wouldn't close. The shower curtain rod was falling out the wall. Not to mention there was blood stains on the mattress and no Wi-Fi which they said we would get. Couldn't find a staff member and when you did he was on the phone.

The woman that checked us in and there biscuits and gravy were the only thing I liked.

They closed the pool no longer will have a pool. The rooms were not clean had mold on the walls, no hot water. House keeping never came to clean rooms. Did not want to give extra towels or wash clothes. Room smelled.

No ice machine on the first or second floor. Coffee maker did not work, clogged from lack of cleaning. Hair dryer did not work.bedroom lamp had to be replaced, and while he was doing so the maintenance man was kind enough to get paint and cover the mud? Blood? On the walls beside the bed. Keys kept failing..

Location was pretty good. What staff there is was friendly and helpful.

If I could give it a zero that would have been too much. The hallways were cluttered with garbage, spills on the hallway floor and in the elevator. When I went down in the elevator in morning the same stains were there. The room was old and outdated. The room lamps were rusted at the base and the lamp shade was dusty the knob on the shade was missing. There was no remote for the second room it was missing a battery. The bedroom bed frame rod was protruding from under the box spring, the bed skirt was pushed under the mattress. If there was supposed to be a fire detector in my room it was not there and the wires were hanging from the ceiling. There was no toilet paper holder it was broken and there was no outlet to plug the hairdryer into. Whenever I travel I always bring my own washcloth , so as usual I used my own washcloth on the first morning of my stay. I went out and returned to find my Gray washcloth missing. There was no way it could be any confusion mine was GRAY the hotel’s is white. I don’t have anything nice to say about my stay. It was horrible to say the most. I have taken pictures of everything that I have mentioned. I did leave something out the room door security latch was broken and the replacement was a cup hook. In short they should be refunding me my money for staying in a horrible place. I have stayed in many hotels in my adult life but nothing like this. There are only a few guess everyone else are residents.

Room had a funny smell. No blankets on either bed. No blankets available at the desk. Killed multiple roaches. Fingerprints everywhere, looked like a kid colored on multiple walls with a black crayon. Staff wasn't rude but definitely wasn't friendly, no smiles, no greetings....
