Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Unfortunately, the breakfast was not the best, a lot of processed food, which I usually don't eat and not many fruit options. The carpet was also a bit moldy and might benefit from an occasional steam clean or airing.
I liked that breakfast and parking were gratis. The location was also a plus, and there were more facilities than I expected. The room was also fairly clean and the staff was quite helpful. Moreover, the accommodation was quite affordable.

Hotel room door had been damaged at top and looked like it was just glued back into place so just the unrest of how that occurred and If I needed to put a chair in front of door to keep someone from coming in

I was extremely disappointed because the pool was closed for maintenance all Saturday through my checkout on Sunday. The main reason I had chosen Clarion Pointe was its indoor pool. I had been planning to spend time in the pool with my grandson who had recently moved to Georgia from Chicago.
Clarita, the concierge, was absolutely wonderful. She was a great source of information about local events and restaurants. Her directions to local attractions were invaluable. Clarita was very professional, friendly and caring. My 8-yr.-old grandson loved her and always looked forward to interacting with her.

We were given the handicap accessible room to stay in, and there was some water damage visible, but understandable because of the design of the shower and floor. Overall, the room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable.
The staff was very friendly and very helpful. They provided even the extras that we had forgotten to pack, and additional fresh towels, etc. The location was convenient, quiet, and close to amenities. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Everything was great except of the sink was dirty and also the shower water was cold after two minutes. When I checked in I ask the front desk clerk about the water temperature because I've seen other reviews with this same issue. She assured me that the water temperature was fine and shes never heard of the issue and have been working there for sometime. The reviews were correct and I don't understand why she didn't know. If they fixed that my experience would've been perfect! I hate cold showers
The location was amazing, a lot of restaurants and stores in the area. The breakfast was good

Beds are very firm, many broken fixtures in rooms (lamps, toilet paper holder, doors missing paint). Dirty floors in bathrooms.

While the room seemed clean, there was an initial odor when we first arrived. It dissipated after several hours when we returned, however, initially we were uncertain of the actual cleanliness of the room.

No toast for breakfast and it was in a busy location, traffic was heavy.
I normally do not like to stay in motels but sometimes you have to. My family and I were in town for just one night and I had booked the motel reservations on line and I admit I was not familiar with your motel and was a little nervous. The room was clean, it was quiet and the free breakfast was decent. I would stay there again if needed.
