A little pricey given the age of the property.

The room quality was less than amazing. It was just "ok."

the staff was extremely friendly! I think the price was a bit much for what the room looked like.

The bathroom was very small. There was no counters other than the sink area. Everything worked fine. the biggest irritant was the heating as it would cycle every 60 seconds and was extremely noisy. I told the desk personnel. The breakfast was ho hum. It was the same omelettes and sausage both days. The rest was like other facilities.

Quiet. Beds comfortable. very pleasant staff. It was nicely located. Exterior sidewalks salted often as it was snowing. There is a pool downstairs. A pool table in the pool area was nice change from other locations.

Plumbing was loud. Could hear a noise around the clock that sounded like someone was running on a treadmill. Manager should be aware off a restaurant that's a block away. Should have knowledge of, or list of restaurants, sites etc.

Breakfast was ok. Should offer healthier brands of yogurt, and food. Omelets were way too salty. Maybe offer hard boiled eggs too.

Shower walls were dirty, stray hairs on the comforter, no desk attendant at desk upon arrival, bathroom was extremely small, bed wasn't very comfortable, pool was in the basement. Our room was in a separate building than the front desk.

    Renovations and updates were nice.

Breakfast was a typical what you get in US. Plastic plates and cups, precooked food etc.

I have stayed in this hotel when it was still the original Claridge 20 years ago. The remodel has freshened it up a lot but I could still remember the original.

Hated the flooring. Felt like I was walking on gritty floors my entire stay. Barking dogs. This hotel allows pets. (Explains the flooring choice.) Extremely small bathroom. Tiny vanity. Huge closet across hall that should have been remodeled into sink area.

Comfortable bed. Lots of big fluffy pillows. Very nice breakfast area. Older hotel that has been remodeled.

The smell of the room was atrocious. Smelled like sewer. After my wife spraying her perfume and us leaving for awhile, the room smelled better. But did realize we needed to shut the bathroom door, the smell permeated from there.

Too expensive for what was included in the price. No vending machines, so you had to bother the staff for water and snacks. Low-quality breakfast food, but at least there were eggs (mass produced). For the price, I didn’t want a chemical laden breakfast to start my day. These large chains can do better…

We were able to enjoy the hot tub/pool, close to our room and the breakfast area and lobby was very nice to hangout. Coffee was great at breakfast!

My room door was not self closing which is required by Wisconsin law. The 3rd floor door leading to the stairs was locked with the keyed lock Another dangerous code violation

It was clean and the balcony was a great place to sit and watch the world.

I specifically chose this hotel because of its pool. We weren't able to use it. The pool water was literally green. Couldn't see thru it. Very unhealthy. There were dirty handprints on our towels.

The location was nice. The employees were friendly. The breakfast was good. We had a nice balcony.
