Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

That wasn’t the problem the problem was that he got undressed right in the pool area and swam in his underwear. So me and my son and niece left the pool and we returned after they got out.

Convenient location for our medical traveling. Spouse enjoyed breakfast, especially yogurt & fruit selection. I did not eat breakfast due to scheduled medical procedure. Beds were comfortable. Modern lighted bathroom mirror is a benefit.

United StatesDue to renovations we were confused on how to get to our room. We checked in late at night for a funeral the next day & we’re exhausted. The stairs that led upstairs to our room weren’t labeled so we didn’t realize the doors were staircases.

United StatesThe carpets in the hallway had a smell to them. The WIFI did not connect or tried to and wasn't enough signal in the room--may need WIFI boosters to help increase signal strength. The shower curtain in the bathroom didn't really keep water off the floor.
The room was quiet and I found the bed and pillows to be comfortable. The AC unit kept the room cold. The property was close to plenty of shopping and eating places. The bathroom had one of those touch mirrors that is heated--that was a nice touch. The pool was open and looked clean. The breakfast was good with a selection of cereal, juices, yogurt, and a waffle maker with toppings.

United StatesThe property was nice. Staff were polite. Very clean. Sheets and beds were comfortable. The biggest issue I had was the noise. It was a Friday night but the amount of people slamming doors and running up and down the halls speaking loudly was crazy. It could be better sound proofed I guess. Very difficult to fall asleep. There was only one outlet around the nightstand so bring an extension cord. The coffee pot had a white residue build up inside it and needed to be cleaned.

United StatesThe bathroom in my room was pretty dirty, mold in the sink and shower, hair trimmings stuck to the wall and skid marks by the trash can. Additionally, the attendant setting out breakfast had a terrible cough and was not making an effort to cover their mouth or wear a mask. Additionally the water cooler in the gym was broken and while there was a pitcher out in the lobby like there would be water, it was never filled.
You could tell that much of the property has been clearly renovated
