Tide was very far out, not really ocean front. This was more like being in the sound. There were numerous beaches close by to go to.

This Vonda was so cute and comfortable. I also loved that we could bbq and swing by the beach! The tide can be quite far out at times but it was still very nice!

The property layout wasn’t easy to figure out. While the door code was provided, how to get the door to accept the code wasn’t straight forward ( had to hit center to get key pad to light up after wandering around property I wasn’t confident I was at the right unit enough to want to mess with the door). Hot tub and indoor pool were both very cold. Overall the positives far outweigh negatives but want to provide feedback

Never seen any elevators , that would have been helpful with having four handicap ppl with us so having room on the 2nd floor was a bit hard. But other than that it was very nice.

It was a very nice and clean environment. After a 12 hr drive it was nice to come and relax here. The lady that handled our reservation and stay was very helpful and handled everything we needed in a timely manner.

Very minor cosmetic damages that were brought to the owner’s attention. They in no way affected our enjoyment and the owner indicated they would send maintenance to fix

Amenities were wonderful and location was incredible! Able to easily walk to the beach!

On one of the non stick pans, they were scratched and I wasn't able to use it for my cooking during my stay. I had to improvise. I liked the spice rack, but it was missing the basic salt and pepper.

I liked the location of the condo. The condo was cute. It had the kitchen basics.

The condo is on the second floor of a three floor building and you can hear EVERYTHING from the top unit. The family above us was incredibly loud.

The condo was wonderful - clean, very well stocked, multiple pools, private beach access.

This was our first time at the island. This property is set in a quiet area, residential. To do vacation things you have to drive, no walking or biking.

The property was clean and new! Kitchen and bathrooms were great! Perfect setup.

Only complicate I have of the facility is the parking is tight and spaces not well marked. We had an iron but no ironing board. A good map of the local shopping in the area.

The cleanliness of the condo inside and outside, once they pressure washed the outside. It was wonderful to see all the accommodations of home in the condo. From utensils to spices and beach chairs for the beach. Love the screened patio which allowed use to really enjoy the outside and relax.

The beach part was a little different. Never seen that far of low tides and so many crabs 🦀 and broken shells 🐚 , sea weeds . But, was a different experience for us . Something we have never seen before. But , was good .

My only complaint is that the indoor pool was very cold. Couldn’t even swim.

Everything was as stated in the description. Nicely remodeled condo with everything you need. Kitchen nicely stocked with nicely kept dishes and kitchen utensils. Bathrooms beautiful. Nice addition of having shampoo/conditioner and body wash in both bathrooms. Hairdryer definitely bonus.

Very few things not to like. The blinds let in a bit of light so was woken as sunrise every day, not too much of a problem when you’re in Hilton Head as it’s gorgeous out and about around here… The upstairs neighbor, my word, concrete shoes and the world champion of walking. Either that or they had a basketball tournament running from 7am daily. lol The building is not concreted floors so quite a bit of that noise travels into the condo and will wake you up if this same person is up there. Not sure if they live there or not…. If you’re an early riser, no worries, right?

The condo is awesome two bedrooms and really nice furnishings. Very comfortable and everything you need including pots, pans, plates, glasses, toaster, coffee maker and so on. The bed is brand brand new so was a little stiff for me but the guest bedroom beds were a little softer, so I took advantage of the second bedroom.

Noise from upstairs, but it was only during the daytime. No elevator and it was on the second floor.
