The food options could have been a little more healthy. A proper coffee goes a long way.

Difficult to get the pod heated adequately overnight. WiFi only available in the welcome area of the resort. Night sky window in the pod too dusty so couldn’t see anything however could star gaze from outside if we wrapped up warm.

The dome was not very clean. Dust bunnies everywhere. Could not even see the stars out of the dome the clear part was not clear. The topped leaked during a rain so we couldn't open top.

The ladder to the upper level was super steep and a little dangerous, especially if you had children.

Unfortunately stargazing tour had a problem and did not go ahead after waiting for 45mins.. Domes were clean enough, but old socks/ underwear and food found under bed.

We were a little disappointed by the pizzas we had from the van - they weren’t cooked properly, so we’re very doughy. The breakfasts were tasty though. The ladder up to the top floor of the dome is very steep - not ideal for small children.

Comfortable sky dome with very nice facilities (s’mores by the fire pits, outdoor games, very friendly staff).

In the pictures showed telescopes in the room and when we got there we were told it had been recently removed and we couldn't requested in the room. However there are a few telescopes around the property to be used freely.

The room was unique and the location is perfect for stargazing.

The front side of the pod with the plastic walls were so old and faded that you could no longer see through them at all. The pacman video game wasn't working properly.

The staff were all very pleasant and helpful. Pod and surrounding environment was clean and well kept. The pod has comfy beds and good facilities.

It was cold at night. The heater is probably not big enough for the space. it’s to expensive in my opinion.

It is unique and has a good location if you are going to Grand Canyon. The food is really good at the food truck.

Rooms were cold, getting assistance was difficult. It took them over 1 1/2 hours to bring something to our dome. Not having restaurant near by would have been nice.

Not very accessible for elderly. Maybe offer wheelchair use in property as distances to room and main areas can be difficult for pushchairs or anything with wheels. Area on lower floor in family dome - freezing even with heater blasting. The upper loft area super hot as the air heats upper area only.
