It’s not in a walkable area of the city and the neighborhood lacks amenities. But it’s close to downtown.

The row house is modern, with a stocked kitchen, table to eat at, laundry facilities, large screen tv in the bedroom. It was very clean, convenient and comfortable. Parking is free and plentiful. The owner is quick to respond.

Beautiful facility, and the host was very nice and helpful during my stay. I would definitely book another time with him. The neighborhood was a concern of mine because of it being in an area that has a lot of condemned houses, but what I did notice is that whoever invested in that area is bringing that neighborhood back to life. I woke up Saturday morning and noticed that the crew was planting trees with a bunch of young black men getting their hands dirty and taking an interest in making their neighborhood beautiful again. That made my day to see my young brothers putting in work.

This part of the city is questionable. Don’t be outside after dark, use a car if you need to get out for something to a convenient store. Be quick, in and out!

The location is a bit far from downtown and there are not really public transit lines or any sort of restaurants or stores close by. The area itself seems to be going through a major transition and there are still remnants of the rougher area that this used to be. I would not walk around here much at night, but that applies to most areas of Baltimore.

The property is beautifully decorated and clean on the inside. There's all the facilities you could want from laundry machines to a fully equipped kitchen. The room and bed were comfortable. The check in process was so smooth and the staff was very responsive when sending messages.

I was uncomfortable with the idea of sharing the entire home with an unfamiliar person. Otherwise, I would stay again.

I was not aware the location was a shared rental. That aside, I thoroughly enjoyed the home's aesthetics and cleanliness. I also found the property to be cost-effective.

I couldn’t find a groceries store nearby. I also walked a few blocks and the neighborhood made me feel uneasy: people kept staring at me. But it’s mostly residential so not so much to do there anyway.

The place was really confortable, it got everything you needed: kitchen, laundry, nice furniture, AC,… The accomodation is very well maintained, clean and modern. Damian had welcome me very nicely and he got some cool recommendations. The street the hotel is located in, is a bit busy in the evening: it’s mostly kids playing around but then it is very quiet during the night and the day. I got no problem to sleep. With a car it is fairly quick to get to downtown. Same with the bus.

The neighborhood is a little questionable but the home is beautiful. So once you’re in there, you forget where you are completely!

I like the design in the master suite. The bathroom is beautiful and the room is the perfect t getaway overall.

Kind of far from downtown, we used public transportation, but it took us a while to get to places. There aren't bussiness around, like a market or a caffee. It looks like a neighborhood that is growing/changing. Besides that, the other guests were a little noisy, but you can´t control that.

Very nice house, all renovated. The room is small, but really big enough for a couple. The shared bathroom was clean. You have a full kitchen, Parking in the street was easy.

Need more effective blinds in front bedroom - streets lights were a little bright Should provide at least one blanket in each bed - even in summer just a sheet is a little odd
