The location was perfect for seeing shows, dining at Fino, having a drink at the bar/restaurant. The staff was especially attentive!

Spacious well-appointed room with comfortable bed, comfortable couch and coffee table with plenty of room to move around. Friendly and helpful staff when we asked about restaurants. We LOVED the club level that was beautiful and spacious with comfortable sitting areas for reading and relaxing. And we took advantage of the lovey jacuzzi. We also felt the location was perfect, allowing us to walk all over the city to MOMA, China Town, restaurants, etc. Overall, our stay was perfect.

Location is not the best in terms of being close to streets with homeless people and graffiti on walls. But close to Union Square.

Great bed and comforters, nice remodeled bathroom. Coffee maker in the room was also nice.

I wish there was an option for non-valet parking and perhaps a pool table in the game room. I also did not bring cables or a Chromecast to connect my phone to the TV, so we were stuck with cable.

The hotel was very beautiful! The room was clean and the view was very nice. The sauna and the jacuzzi were a nice touch. The experience was very elegant yet comfortable. We scheduled a couples massage which was very relaxing! The ladies were super nice and clean. The location was walking distance from many restaurants and the Union Square mall which was lovely.

Good Central location to everything. Many bars and plenty of eateries around the hotel when you feel like spending some time near by. On site Italian restaurant tasted world class with live music on the piano. The room is very nice with a comfy bed.

Again, I am being extremely picky here, but really, no complaints. Just some things to be aware of. The site advertised blue ray players in the room, which were not available. I always travel with my own, so no problem. The bathrobes offered will not fit a 240 lb man. The shower head adjustment was a little goofy, but we made it work. Also, this is no reflection on the hotel, but note to any travelers who are unfamiliar with San Francisco... if you wish to walk around the area, as i always love to do, taking a right from the park next to the hotel leads you right into the tenderloin district, so venture the opposite direction for your own comfort.

I would really have to be extra picky to find anything negative about the hotel or my stay. The room was beautiful, large, and perfectly clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Walking distance to everything I needed during my stay. Bed was great, and the towels were large and very soft. Everyone was very responsive and professional to any needs.

Water pressure in the shower isn't constant and sometimes you get spurts of colder water while showering.

Room size is large and comfortable. Sheets were very nice. Shower with glass sliding doors is very nice.

I left a nightgown by mistake and could not communicate with staff for its return. No one answered my calls and no one responded to my email sent to "Lost & Found". So, altough our stay was fine, the customer service was poor.

I couldn't fault anything.

Location was very central to Union Square, Chintatown. Bed was so very comfortable. Room was spacious and had a microwave and coffee machine. Club floor was great for complimentary tea/coffee everyday.

Perfect location, so close to Union Square but quiet in the room. Very spacious comfortable room. Helpful staff, especially Joe and Pam. Their Zingara Restaurant was excellent for a light late lunch.

Our room was by the elevator and if we were staying more than one night we would have requested not to be right by it. Because we were out late and left early, it was not an issue.

It is a very nice hotel with an expensive feel. Close enough to Bart to walk. Very good location to Union Square.

Would have preferred cleaning every other day. We stayed for 6 nights so once every 3 days was not enough really. We had new towels delivered on day 2 but the used towels were not removed and our bins were not emptied.

Location was excellent. Although the noise from outside was quite loud it didn’t stop us sleeping well. Staff were very helpful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble.

The hotel was close to Union Square, with good access to public transportation. The bed was extremely comfortable and the and the room size and amenities excellent. We were very grateful for the coffee machine and renewed supply of pods

Soundproofing can be done at least a bit. The windows are quite old, so everything that was happening in the few blocks around could be heard in the room especially protestors who were hitting the metal barrels near the hotel. Also, the 'free' wi-fi access was awful, it was impossible to watch YouTube or any streaming. I wonder how much you should pay for a night to have a decent wifi connection included.

I do really like the staff there, the bed was also great.
